why is my drop bitrate and FPS dropping when I went a month with out them dropping ? everything is up to date and I have not changed anything in OBS.

do you check everytime speedtest when is happening? i have good and stable internet but sometimes i have dropping bitrate and then when i check internet ,sometimes is lower and all i need to do is restarting router. generally i noticed that routers must be often restarted to internet work good (at least in my place)
