Chaturbate problem with connection

Hello i use a pc:i9 13900k,32gb ddr4 ssd and 3070video. Good connection internet
Settings at obs are 14000kbp bitrate , quicksync enconding, 2440x1400 with60fps
The problem i start enter online and in few min when i enter to see me online (telephone or another pc) my streaming is blocking freeze and make black screen to work need to refresh or stop start what can i do? It s a problem chaturbate or?
I change another place to connect and now is auto

I think your resolution and nitrate maybe higher than what CB can handle currently.
Try 1920x1080, and bitrate between 5.000 & 8.000 kbps.
