Dreamylana, I see that your account was unbanned. I'm happy it could apparently be resolved. Were you given any explanation why your account was banned? When my account was banned Shirley could help me with it getting unbanned again, my money was cashed out to me but I was not given an explanation why my account was banned in the first place. And yes, I asked more than once for an explanation.
It seems to me that there is a conflict between automated banning processes and manual processes at chaturbate. Apparently the automated processes have a higher priority over anything done manually. The age verification is an example. The age verification itself looks like a manual process, while a report by a user about a girl looking underage and the account getting banned is automated.
CB support seems to have their hands full with repairing the mistakes the automated processes make. This seems like a non ideal situation. I'm sure if they would NOT automatically just ban, wait for a complaint and then look into the matter manually but instead get in contact with the broadcaster after a report goes in but BEFORE the account is banned, this would be a better way to use the limited resources at support and actually even save them time. Not to mention a higher satisfaction among the broadcasters.
