So stressed. Chaturbate Account Suddenly Terminated-Banned, with 11 thousand tokens. Please Help.

Hi, everyone.
I'm a 25 years old cam girl. I started camming in October, and Chaturbate has been my third stop after reading many good things about its customers.
And so I started working on there towards the end of October 2016 once I got my ID and payment methods approved..

Two days ago, I had 11 thousands tokens in my account,when my verification ID approval was canceled mid session, despite previously being legit for my all time working there. When I sent them clearer and bigger photos they banned me. So far I provided them with ID, driving License and passport(printed)

Any attempt to contact their support has been replied with automated messages. The ban is automatic and the support does not exist. . I feel stressed and frustrated. I invested a lot of money into clothes, computer, cameras, set to provide my customers with the best shows and increase my earnings.

I've been waiting for my payoneer card to arrive, so I convert the tokens into money and use it for food. Now I'll have to resort to begging when what I have run out. Because I will not be able to use what is dutifully mine. And all the exposure and work is gone because someone decided on a whim, without giving in any reason to Ban my account and prevent me access to my hard earned money.

I keep hoping it will work out. I keep working I will get a humane response, that will somewhat fix this. I don't know what else to do. I'm so stressed now, And last night I could barely get any sleep.

In the meantime, have you considered MyFreeCams or Streamate? Chaturbate is notorious for stuff like this.

Oh I am sorry this happen to you.Same happen to me awhile ago because a member(i didn`t knew he did this) was using stolen cards and he tipped me over 3,000$ worth in tokens.When I logged in the day after they simply banned me but after days of debating with them I got my share of money but was banned for ever camming on their site.Whatever,is not my fault but at least I got my $

How many posts on these forums start with, "Punker Barbie, why is my account..."? Someone steals a cc# and spends that money on a particular model? Hell, ban the model! It's all their fault! Some member got pissed at a model because she didn't properly make fun of his small dick? Claim she's under-age and and ban her ass without the first modicum of guilt and a proper way of vetting (which, incidentally, Chaturbate actually does do but the mods are apparently to god damn lazy to check their own fucking records.)

Agree. Like how is this good for business? Chasing away your money makers? I feel for the models who don't come here and are just plain fucked. They wouldn't know to contact @punker barbie if she wasn't here. Their support sounds horrendous. Guilty with association and guilty until proven innocent.

It's obvious they had a fraud issue, but this isn't the best way to go about it. Maybe actually hire a model support so you don't send out just automated messages when there is an actual problem. Instead of just terminating an account, why not suspend it while you investigate more?

I feel bad because Shirley seems like a really nice/good/helpful person, but it looks like she's constantly drowned in work that could have been avoided if Chaturbate had proper policies and processes in place for their verification system. Whoever it is that designed and programmed that aspect of the site clearly didn't think things through, and now is probably in too deep to go back and fix it.

It's a total shit show.

No it isn't as ripoffreport is flooded with fake complaints via anonymous emails. The money they make comes from companys having to sign up to defend their reputations. Ripoffreport complaints get highly placed in google search rankings.

I have no idea what goes on with Chaturbate but a possible scenario is maybe :

A girl provides copies of documents and she gets approved.

Now a customer reports her as underage and she gets banned.

A possible explanation could be that with photoshop nearly everything can be doctored and manipulated.
So if there is a report from a customer everything is looked at with far more detail and no chances are taken, the last thing they want is a problem regarding age.....

I think they are still required by US Law to verify thier age.

Cam reported for toilet games/bestiality. Was allowed to broadcast for a couple more weeks before finally shut down (the emotes took a little longer to remove).

Cam reported for suspicion of underage activity. Never shut down. Idk, maybe this was the right call. The performer may not have been underage; she was verified, and it was only a suspicion.

Cams reported for asking for offline payments. Seen 4 shut down within minutes. (These were open/shut cases though, straight up obvious ewhoring.)
