Noticed this in a room.
The '!remaining' and '!rank.' Guessing these are just scripts some member made. But how did he get that many characters to post in normal chat? That's 272 characters. When I tried copy/pasting that it stopped me at the number 61. Evidently there's coding out there that can bypass the character limitation?

And he had it auto replying to every tip.

Overall the way it was being used was rather annoying. 90% of the chat in the room was just him.

If the character limitation is implemented by a Javascript check on the client side, it's very easy to bypass: the character limitation is probably implemented by detecting the keydown event in the input box, with a callback checking the number of characters and removing any extra character. If one codes a script adding text to the input box and then submitting the form directly, there is no "Keydown" event involved thus no limitation check.
