Scammed by popular CB model

Hi all,

Let me apologise in advance for the lengthy post lol.

I've been scammed for 3000 tokens from a well known model on CB. Support are useless as each reply has a 2 day lag but they eventually decided to refund half (1500 tokens) as a "good will gesture" and keep referring to tips being voluntary etc. They obviously agree that the model is lying hence why they have returned half of the tokens. Is there anything I can do to get the rest ?

A brief breakdown on what happened:
I had originally asked the model if she was free to go pvt and she replied no but said I can tip for a request. I asked the model very clearly if she can physically use a fuck machine whilst wearing pantyhose to which she replied yes and referred to it as "poking"

I replied that "poking" would be fine and asked if the toy could go deep enough for her to squirt to which she also replied "Yes". Please note that this was the main premise of my request. Its obvious from the tip notes that this was not exactly an negotiation. I asked if a certain act was physically possible and then asked for a price to see that act to which she stated 3000 tokens and i agreed (bear in mind she has a triple squirt and machine control option for 2000 tokens on her tip menu)

The request was to wear pantyhose and thigh high socks and to allow me to control her f machine untill she squirted in the pantyhose then to rip them and take the toy deeper until she squirted again

Now this is where the problems begin on the day i couldn't remain online much longer to see what I had requested. So I offered to still tip the 3000 tokens so she didn't feel like I was wasting her time and for taking her attention away from the room and we agreed we would do it at a later date.

After a couple weeks have passed we are both finally online at the same time and the room isn't too busy so she we agree to do the request. Before she started I asked her if she remembered the whole request which she did not reply to. She put on the pantyhose without the socks and just as she was about to rip the pantyhose I messaged her to stop as "poking" was the first and main part of the request. She then proceeded to sit there and argue about what the request actually was and showed me what she had written in her "notes"... I then sent her the screenshots of the tip notes and she decided to send the control link for 5 mins. I said thanks for the link but declined to accept and explained that it was because she had already ripped the pantyhose because like i mentioned before using the machine with the pantyhose intact was the main thing i wanted to see in the request.

Her attitude changed immediately and she started to say things like "we can go down that route if you want CB know me VERY well", "I'm the model you're the fan who do you think support will believe" and "i make them lots of money" before continuing to repeat "I have fulfilled your request" to every message i sent her. I imagine this was an attempt to skew any independent reviewers opinion on what happened and to paint me as the problem in this situation. I have been nothing but respectful to the model and at first put this down to a miscommunication and i even said i was open to renegotiating the request but as she was repeating herself renegotiating my request was not an option.

She did not fulfil my request of "pantyhose, thigh high socks, machine control and 2 squirts" and she did not fulfil the request she claims to have fulfilled as she did not squirt and i did not accept the link for machine control.

Of course she rejected the refund request and continued to lie to support by saying things like:
"This user tip noted me during a stream asking for a lot of things, I did not agree to do"
"He tipped for the request then cancelled"
"I fulfilled his request and he kept trying to add things on"
"He kept harassing me"
"I only sent him a control link to calm him down"

Is there anything I can do to get the rest of my tokens returned?

Sounds like you probably know who this model and you are letting bias affect your judgement

they just wanted to shut ya up and get you out of their support queue. If they agreed the model was lying they'd refund you the whole thing.

I'd chalk it up to getting what you paid for with all the time of hers you took trying to negotiate, then at least half of the show you were looking to get weeks later.

If you request something and they agree, it's meant to happen then, not weeks later. It's on you that you had to leave the original session.

1. She encouraged me to make my request.
2. Nothing was upped on her side.. I laid out the request > she gave me a price > I accepted the price
3. Of course she doesn't have to do anything she doesn't want to do there were multiple times I asked if she was free to do it and she couldn't or didnt want to and I accepted that and kept it moving. On this day she said she was happy to fulfil the request.
4. I literally said I was willing to renegotiate if the request was now something she no longer wanted to do and if that was the case and we couldn't come up with something else then she could have always returned the tokens

I think there maybe some confusion here... I did not get half a show... I didnt get anything.

I offered to send the tip on the day we discussed it because I had to leave and i didnt want her to think I was just a time waster and refuse me in the future. So I sent the tip and left. I did not receive any show at that time or any of the other times when I had asked. I also did not receive anything anything on the actual day unless you count ripping stockings as half the show

So sorry my guy, but you aren't going to make much of a case for yourself here, you already got half the tokens back, which may have been more than generous.

In future, I'd suggest a better route is finding a model who is available at the same time as you're available for a private show to fulfill your custom requests.

Yep ^^^^^ exactly, you learn how to detect the signs early on, to save time and hassle in the long run.
I'll be kind and not say exactly what the signs I'm referring to are of... hehe.

Don't make complicated agreements with people about future sexual acts. Moods change, and you don't want to be that asshole forcing someone to do something sexually, at a time they didn't feel like doing it. That wouldn't even get most healthy people off, knowing that they were basically forcing someone to do something sexually, that that person didn't want to, at that specific time

Can you please explain how she gave me something extra when control was already included in the 3k price?

You can see me ask how much it would be to add control and then me confirming she said 3k in the screenshot below

The exact reason I did not accept the link was to avoid this very argument that she has some how done half the request

What advice are you looking for though? CB has closed the matter. It's done, case is closed. If you are unhappy with the resolution they provided then contact support about it, I don't know what you would have expected to get advice wise here tbh.

Of course moods changes.. I would never want someone doing something In a show they aren't comfortable with...this is why I said I was happy to renegotiate. I never even wanted to take this to support.. its because of what she said and the fact she simply refused to engage. Even if she had done half the show I wouldn't have gone to support.. i would have just chalked it as a person i would no longer tip and kept it moving...I've been on camsites way longer than I probably should its not the first time and probs wont b the last time there is a disagreement or grievance with a model.. these things happen

No, I just dont understand what kind of help you were expecting to find.

The screenshots you added dont support anything you said other than you asked for a lot of things, I get thats because it's from tip history, but they are kind of irrelevant to the post since the thread is "i got scammed" but the screenshots dont show that.

Apologies... so the tip notes show the conversation and what we had agreed as well as the tip being sent.

On the day we didnt get any of the request done bar the ripping of the pantyhose.
(Would it help if I shared her response to the refund request to show the contradictions? )

I just wanted to know if there was anything more I could do or is it just something I should give up on really

(Maybe I'm from a different generation but I've always been under the impression that haggling was disrespectful)

I've not told you the models name so why would you think I want you to be outraged with them ?

I've simply shared what I believed would be necessary information and asked for some advice.

I understand that shitty men will try all sorts to get one over on models and as models you probably see it everyday but genuinely this is not what is happening here.

1500 tokens is quite a lot of tokens and I couldn't see why support would refund half if they thought the model was in the right.. maybe I'm wrong for thinking that. This is the first time I have gone to support as usually an agreement can be reached with the model, the amount is miniscule or I just put it down as a poor show.

CB closed the case in a way they feel is equitable. Period. Could've easily refunded you nothing.
So you have two options.
1) walk away gracefully
2) walk away screaming and cursing.
