well,
first I was going to post one of these skeleton-waiting-forever meme's as a joke, but then thought that wasn't really funny. The short of the short is, this thread is 5 months old, the last add by you guys is someone saying "I'll get my US colleague on this, he speaks english"... 5 months ago! So it was sitting comfy at the bottom of the active topics pile, only for it to be revived by a someone announcing someone else to come forth? not even an informative post itself.

so yes, all in all, to me, it wasn't a great revival.

I can understand your disappointment after months...

my English is not very nice at all for a serious discution, i therefore refrained from digging up this post before.
Indeed we have worked for several months on the project.
the hosting service has multiple special that we must not make a mistake
we see for years many hosting websites Falls, we know why and do not want this for us and our customers

(security, bandwith, backup etc...).
After numerous changes, we finally arrived in a release candidate (RC)

so, tonight, US/UK support come to explain project and awnsers questions (i'm only the FR support and lead dev ^^)

Hi everybody!

I'm jumping in to help my dear friend and relieve him a bit from all this stress^^
We are a French speaking team of developers and webmasters, some of us can actually speak English but some little mistakes can (and will...) sneak in from time to time, we'd like to apologize in advance for that.

The real matter here is our project: "Rocket sexy", and here are some explanations for you guys:

- Our platform is dedicated to all the models, webcam girls, fetish models, porn stars and in general every one who needs a secure, adult content friendly, tool for sharing content and/or delivering this content to final users/customers.
- Sign up will be absolutely FREE, every model will be granted a 3GB space to host any kind of content. Bigger storage will be available with a subscription but the first 3GB will be free.
- Each model will have the possibility to customize her/his profile and landing page, uploading wallpapers, generating links to a website or social network profile. The idea is to keep model's customers in a personalized and familiar environment. This is also free

Content sharing on Rocket sexy is a very easy process:
1 - Models upload the files on the platform.
2 - They chose if they want to secure the files with a password or leave it unprotected, they decide how many times the files can be downloaded. When the set up is complete a direct link is automatically generated.
3 - They send the link with the optional password to the final user. Done!

Till now the best option for all of the models in the adult business is to have a personal server with a sharing FTP, but it requires some technical skills and substantial costs to rent a server. "Rocket sexy" is a free and safe alternative and we already have great feedbacks from the models who tested the beta version.
We DO NOT take care of all the transactions between the models and their fans and customers, all we do si to provide a safe and personalized solution to host and share the content. We'll post useful informations and video tutorials to help those who are not very familiar with video encoding, it's not really "normal" for a 10 minutes HD video to be so heavy as 1gb .
