Purchased (way) too many tokens by mistake

Hi,

I purchased 12700 tokens by mistake (only wanted to purchase 100), as the amount was preselected. I accidentely misclicked "Accept" and no other step was required (not even a bank confirmation SMS).
I have not spent the 12700 tokens (not even one).




I have sent email to CB Support and billing support.

Do you know if they do refunds ? Are they fast to respond ?

I'm in big trouble with my bank.

Yes, I have called the phone number for support. They were super helpful.

As you can imagine, I was a little bit panicked yesterday. $1000 is not a small sum ^^
