Account banned right after buying tokens, please help!

Hi @punker barbie my account was banned yesterday right after I clicked to confirm to buy tokens. The account user name is ( alexdebarui ) Previously I had other account which was banned a month ago for no reason at all that account user name is ( alexdebaru ) All I remember is I was bullied by an abusive moderator who was silencing me and undoing it and then again several times. I was never rude, disrespectful or inappropriate, he was just jealous and annoying because the model (who is actually my friend) decided to pm me, it was very annoying. Then a few minutes later first I was banned from her room and then like two hours later I was chatting with a friend and suddenly I my account got banned. I wrote a message to the support team that day, then like 3 days later, then a week after that and 3 weeks later... It has been a month a I didn't receive any answer yet. I didn't do anything wrong at all. I decided to make another account to be able to chat with my friends and to help them because I am a moderator in some rooms (If I did wrong making another account I didn't know and then why did the system allows you to do that?). Yesterday I wanted to buy some tokens and right after paying $99 that second account was banned. I didn't know I couldn't buy tokens or use them, and if I shouldn't do it again why did the system allowed me to do it?. I called to the billing department (the number is in the email I got from the purchase) and they told me that they are a third party, that they could refund the money but when he tried to do it he said that there was a blockage in the system and and that it could be from my bank or from chaturbate. I called my bank and there is no blockage in my card or bank account, everything is ready for any refund. I have been using the platform for 2 years now and never like this happened to me before. I am a very respectful person and honestly I feel robbed. I would like to have my account back and if that is not possible I want a refund. Help me please, and thank you in advance!
