I purchased 12700 tokens by mistake (only wanted to purchase 100), as the amount was preselected. I accidentely misclicked "Accept" and no other step was required (not even a bank confirmation SMS).
I have not spent the 12700 tokens (not even one).
I have sent email to CB Support and billing support.
Do you know if they do refunds ? Are they fast to respond ?
I'm in big trouble with my bank.
