From what the OP describes it seems rude models attract rude members.
Info is from the code of conduct for the site, and the laws on protection of privacy amongst many others. If the model agrees to the code of conduct in their contract, then they take full responsibility for their shows... this appears to be so, so the sites are safe/ they protect themselves. Therefore the model is fully responsible for their shows, the site simply an intermediary.I'm not even gonna get into it except to say no. I don't know where you're getting your info from but it's wrin . We own our copyright. You can not imply a contract on someone. It doesn't work that way.
In that bizarre scenario the lawsuit would likely only be successful if the model sold video of Justin Bieber. No girl in her right mind is selling a video of a private and including the dudes cam. "Masturbation Session: BigDick12in69 cam2cam included!" Who would buy that?Info is from the code of conduct for the site, and the laws on protection of privacy amongst many others. e.g. Justin Bieber, being the reckless soul he is decides on a true pvt show with a model, it is only personal chat... model sells it as my chat with a celebrity and makes some good money off his chat... media guess rightly it is him and he loses 1 million in sales. Who will his lawyer rightly sue, and win against? This is an extreme example but the ethics are the same....I will get into it no more either, only to say in law it does work that way....get consent if the material is not solely your own or is given in confidence.
The idea of camgirls, whose videos are stolen so often actually stealing someone elses videos knowing how shit that is, how illegal that is, when the video is a hand over a mediocre penis is actually pretty hilarious.Yeah that's no where near what I was talking about nor what was being discussed. Were talking about selling the videos of ourselves...not of members and with that there is nothing legally wrong being done. Our shows are our own and we own them. None of us are stupid enough not to know when someone else turns on their cam that they are gonna own that themselves and try to sell that. Youre going out to an extreme limb to try to prove a point that doesnt need to be made and no one was talking about.
But no one is talking about stealing other people's videos. We're talking about selling the recording of ourselves. Not the dudes cam, not a recording of the guys voice, not his chat, just OUR video. The idea of camgirls, whose videos are stolen so often actually stealing someone elses videos knowing how shit that is, how illegal that is, when the video is a hand over a mediocre penis is actually pretty hilarious.
@SexySteph No we arent talking about recording anyone else.. but it seems like @Ambers Troll understood that cause that is the only way his argument could possibly apply. Which no one would ever do, thats why I think its funny.
