Paystubs for house

I’m fixing to rent a house but the landlord is requesting paystubs, I did email chaturbate for them or for whatever they can provide me to support my income from them, however I’m in competition with another person wanting the house so it’s kind of an urgent sort of thing, and I thought my bank statements would be enough which is why I’m now on this time crunch. Basically wanted to see if my request for those documents can be expedited if possible. Thank you!

Because you are not an employee but are self employed you wont have pay stubs, generally you would provide your tax returns as proof of income when self employed instead of pay stubs.

I would recommend asking the agent / landlord what documents they would accept as proof of self employment.

Hey there - what marti said is correct. You’ll need to explain you are not a typical employee you’re and independent contractor. I’ve been renting and moving camming full time for 14 years and in the US the standard is to provide 2 years of tax returns to prove income when you don’t have pay stubs. CB won’t be able to do much to help you here so I would focus on gathering additional documentation from your taxes etc.
