My account was blocked with more than $4000 in my account .
This situation is quite strange and confusing, but I will try to explain it as accurately as possible. Maybe it will help, because I am left without a solution to this situation for about a month.
Let me start by saying that I have been with Chaturbate for over 8 years.My acquaintance with Chaturbate began in the studio. After that I started working independently.
Over the years I have created quite a few accounts. Some were lost, some were simply forgotten because they were not used.
For the last 5 years I have had access to my two accounts and they have been working normally. One of them that I used was re-confirmed upon request from support. (I think all models received a request for reconfirmation at some point.) So everything continued to work fine, I was broadcasting and receiving tokens.
I recently found my account which was created in 2017. I didn't plan to use it, but I wanted to delete the photos and videos that were left on it and were quite outdated. Since it was tied to a mail I lost and is no longer supported in my country, I contacted support. Access was restored using a specific procedure involving documents and a piece of paper with a code word. I got access to it and it was not blocked. I cleared the information I wanted and planned to turn it off later. Since my block is document related, it is important to note that I used my driver's license to regain access. It was accepted, which means it was suitable for this procedure.

While submitting a password recovery request, I noticed another account that was linked to my email. I recovered the password for it and it turned out to be blocked. It's important to note that I didn't know it was blocked until this point. I don't remember when it was registered and what caused it to be blocked. I contacted support again with a request to unlink it from my email and delete it. Maybe this was my mistake because I needed to know how I could fix it.
A few days later I received a notification that all accounts were blocked due to "fraudulent or other people's documents". I tried to figure out the reason and wrote a letter explaining that I wanted to delete an old account that I didn't use and didn't plan to. In response I received a message that the account will be deleted within a certain time.

I really didn't know that if one account gets blocked, all the others will have problems too. I tried to stop the deletion process to understand the situation. But the account was simply deleted, and my other accounts remain blocked.

After reading the information on the forum, I already realized that I once tried to pass verification on a document that for some reason is not suitable for checking Chaturbate. I guess I didn't fix it and moved on because other accounts weren't getting blocked. I think after some time, since I didn't fix it, the account was marked as suspicious documents and blocked. But I want to note that the other accounts continued to work.
I have never hidden my identity from chaturbate. Let me clarify that the same name was used for all Bolo accounts. And all accounts were verified.

I found a letter in my mailbox that "we can't accept your driver's license" but it was in 2022 so I guess it was related to my last account. I was asked to provide my passport.I did it and it was confirmed. I have never hidden my driver's license and can provide evidence of its authenticity. But I have another document and I just used it.

So I think the account that was initially blocked was using a driver's license. But I can't be sure about it because the support service is ignoring me. I am actually looking for ways to contact support to resolve this issue. If it is really a matter of a document that is valid and authentic but for some reason is not suitable for verification, I can provide another document, this is not a problem for me . I can also get proof of the authenticity of my driving license.

I continue to proclaim my innocence and ask for proof of guilt. If I am really guilty, I see no problem in sending me evidence. Since this is a document, I have the right to request a copy of it.

This whole situation is really as strange as it gets. These are not abstract accusations that cannot be refuted. In addition, I declare again and again that I am ready to provide the documents that I used for registration, re-register or provide evidence of the authenticity of the document that Could have raised doubts.
We are talking about more than $4,000 that is being withheld with the phrase "we have reason to believe." Despite the agreement, which speaks of groundless blocking as one of the possible ones. It should be legal in any case. As stated, Chaturbate follows California state laws. This means that the law is above any signed contracts and agreements if it has been violated. Accordingly, the consumer rights law should not be violated. As are the rest of the laws of this state.

Strange blocking, after so many years of work, large balance on the account. Ignoring my questions and statements to prove my innocence. Inability to appeal for review, with the ability to provide evidence. This all raises too many questions and stress. Despite the really fast way to solve this situation.

I think this may be the biggest issue for @MaLiNka__ here. She's clearly got some valid points to be made with inconsistencies and issues in the CB admin system, but I still to this day can't tell from all her posts what the actual issue is.

And the screenshots in Russian are only adding to the confusion.
They tell me that everything I say is impossible. For example, age verification (biometrics) happened on the same day for everyone, but I said that I did it later. This is a screenshot from one of the old accounts where I didn't get re-verified. But they still give me 10 days to stream without re-verifying. But when these 10 days expire it will not let me go online.

And in general this happens with everything. Doubts are normal. But until you can confirm otherwise, can you say it's a lie?

Regarding the screenshots, unfortunately I don’t know why it works this way. When I turned off the front I still see part of the text only in Russian and I can’t fix it. But it doesn't really matter what language I get it in, as long as other people can't get proof to the contrary.
