While submitting a password recovery request, I noticed another account that was linked to my email. I recovered the password for it and it turned out to be blocked. It's important to note that I didn't know it was blocked until this point. I don't remember when it was registered and what caused it to be blocked. I contacted support again with a request to unlink it from my email and delete it. Maybe this was my mistake because I needed to know how I could fix it.
A few days later I received a notification that all accounts were blocked due to "fraudulent or other people's documents". I tried to figure out the reason and wrote a letter explaining that I wanted to delete an old account that I didn't use and didn't plan to. In response I received a message that the account will be deleted within a certain time.
I really didn't know that if one account gets blocked, all the others will have problems too. I tried to stop the deletion process to understand the situation. But the account was simply deleted, and my other accounts remain blocked.

I am actually looking for ways to contact support to resolve this issue. If it is really a matter of a document that is valid and authentic but for some reason is not suitable for verification, I can provide another document, this is not a problem for me . I can also get proof of the authenticity of my driving license.
