participated in acts of roleplay violations

My Account _kriss01_ was banned because someone was reported engaging in prohibited role play, That person was banned and anyone that person engaged in was suspended/banned. I'm one of the people who was affected, but I can assure you that I have not participated in any prohibited role-play because I have been streaming with CB for over 10 years and have been very careful with my account not to violate any TOS. I have emailed Cb and informed support that I have not participated yet my account is still banned. I request proof, or if it's a mistake to unbanned my account. Please look into this matter

Thank you for the quick reply. There was a response to my original email stating why I was banned. Still, I replied to check my conversation history or videos of my streams because I'm 100% sure I have not participated in any prohibited role-play. That email has not been responded to. I'll accept being banned if I am at fault, but I hope CB does not fault models who follow the rules and get banned because they have guests who didn't and get banned from the models they visited.
@punker barbie , I hope you can take some time to look into my account and reinstate my account so I may be able to stream again.

@punker barbie just following up on Ticket #23574242, Just curious if Chaturbate will reply or blacklist a user's email once they have banned a user? @punker barbie , If you reply again with "Hello @kriss01 I have confirmed that the support team has responded to your inquiry. Ticket #23574242" then I understand I wont be able to get anymore replies from CB or you.

The person is banned; not just an account or any aspect of said account. You as a person will not be allowed onto the platform again.
