Open Cam = Chat Dissapears

What am I doing wrong? When I open a member's cam my entire Chat/Feed dissapears and all I see is the member's cam in the top left of my monitor and nothing else...... is there a setting I'm missing?

This doesn't happen with Pm's they just open in another tab...

How can I see a member's cam without losing everything else on my screen?

I haven't tried member cams in many years, so I may not be much help.

But can you open their cam in their PM window in another tab or pop it out?

I can't seem to be able to do much with it, besides open and then close it. when I open it, everything goes blank and all I got is the guy at the top. .I have to tinker with it some more....i just wondered if it's a setting. Thanks Amber.. .
