hi guys

Just after some help, I spent 1k tokens on CB model and had 2 tokens left

Logged on the next day to see I had -998 tokens

Log says tokens credited from Epoch 1000

Can anyone explain what this is?

update i got from Epoch..should i be worried about this?

Our records indicate that our risk department determined the information used and data collected during the purchase triggered our system to reject the transaction so the membership was canceled, refunded and blocked.

Write an email to support@chaturbate.com

Is this forum first spot for chaturbate support at Google by the way?

Edit: It is not, it's number two lol

If you bothered to ask, instead of dropping a snide comment you would have learned that I already contacted CB support. They were useless and told me to contact Epoch, I’m still waiting on their reply.

In the mean time I thought there would be someone decent enough here to give me advice and or share their story and how they soreted things outs.

not our fault you created a vague OP. so calm your tits.

contact @punker barbie

This has happened to me with epoch. I understand the frustration op! I called my card holder to explain it was a legitimate purchase and they withdrew the little fraud flag they had on it. A bit of a pain, but in the end I got to tip a favorite model and my card holder stopped being a "friendly" cock block:)

Where do you see 'vague' in his original post? Seems pretty cut and dried to me.

Now if you want to accuse him of being hypersensitive and misinterpreting @dark_mermaid post, then I will agree with you.

Sounds like you already figured out this is an Epoch problem. Not CB's fault. However...

I urge you to stop doing business with that site. Their support is sometimes capable of handling problems within minutes, other times they will have you pulling your hair out.

Even more disturbing is their slipshod approach to age verification. Now a "Hello Kitty" t-shirt and some teddy bears may be enough to get a 25 year old a lifetime ban on CB, but I am here to tell you that if you report someone openly soliciting pedophilia, it may take this site several weeks to remove them. God bless @punker barbie in all her efforts to play catch-up on the back end of things, but their results are inexcusable.

They do not all have support pleas piling up here on ACF.

Epoch are one of the payment processors that log your IP address for fraud checking when carrying out purchases. If you are either logging on to buy tokens from a physical location well away from your home (CC) address or have made the noob mistake to have been connected through a VPN when you attempt the transaction, then Epoch may block and tag it as possibly fraudulent.

They are usually one of the better processors.. at least with me (in the UK), as I have had no probs ever with Epoch in seven and a half years. Not once.

:D

Epoch (and all credit card processors) use various checks for possible fraud and yes, there will be false positives and no, they will not tell you the details of their checks and what triggered a fraud alert.

Maybe I'm missing something, but where is the connection between the OP and this pedo rant...? I don't understand where fraud flags on a credit card causing reversed payments relates to chaturbate being pro-pedo?

I'm not saying I don't agree (or that I do) with your opinion on cb, but it's a pretty off-topic statement... not sure where it came from.

I think he sort of went on a tangent about how ironic he finds it that CB would likely drag their feet in banning a pedophile, yet ban their own models - no questions asked - just for “looking young.”

I don’t know if JJTP was referring to a particular pedophilia incident, or if he was really just on some tangent?

The only thing I would possibly be concerned about is if the op doesn't clear the problem, the poor model will almost certainly find herself without a 1000 tokens
