On November 21st, I was placed under a protective suspension and understand the gravity of the situation (made a mistake and had the mic open when I was on the line with my therapist and will not make that mistake again).

The message detailed that I should 'seek appropriate assistance, please reach out to us and let us know when you are in a good position to rejoin the Chaturbate community'. I have had the opportunity to spend quite a few days (weekly sessions) in my therapy situation, and report that although it was just a mistake, I take accountability for the same and am at this time ready to return to the Chaturbate community, a member of which I have been for over eleven years.

You have my commitment to a future without incident should my account be restored.

Hoping that @punker barbie can provide some insight/assistance, and thanking you in advance both for your time and attention, as well as for all you do for the Chaturbate community.

Having neither received a response from support nor a ticket number associated with this case, I am again reaching out to @punker barbie to ascertain either the length of the protective suspension or the course of action I should take to have said suspension removed. I would also be very appreciative of any other insight that could be provided at this time as I truly, truly desire to have my 11 year old reinstated as soon as possible.

Greetings, once more. I send this email hoping to both find you all well and to address the ongoing protective suspension (as per ticket number #23939873). I was made to understand that the suspension would remain in place to give me opportunity to seek out the resources necessary to address the incident that occurred. I can again report that my attention to my therapy is a priority and I have had several telecommute sessions with my psychiatrist, and have addressed the incident.

I hope that the report and review reflect that the entire incident was a brief (albeit intense) phone conversation that I should have muted the microphone to continue. I regret the incident, but as a result I was able to alert my mental health support system to the situation and address it

I am again asking that the suspension be lifted and I be able to return to the Chaturbate community at this time, providing you with my conviction to comport myself as a level-headed professional going forward, and to maintain a presence that is without incident as well.

You might want to prepare yourself for an extended waiting period. I have never once read of a protective suspension being lifted in such a short amount of time. Usually, it's only after a few months according to all previously posted threads regarding similar issues.

I am aware, after searching a few threads, but there were a few that gave me hope it would not be such a lengthy wait...

I did notice that the resolution in thread but noticed that the model's account (or the model; CB suspends people, not accounts) is active again after only a few weeks. I hope I can get through to support as she seemed to. I have not received any more info, but am waiting, with hope.

Thank you. No one mentioned the length of the suspension; I was under the impression that it would be six months. I have been camming on other sites and do NOT appreciate them as much Chaturbate and its community.

Contact Pineapple Support. Get them to okay you and CB will click their heels to bring you back.

Pineapple Support was not easy to get in contact with. Perhaps @punker barbie can advise as to how I could advise Chaturbate that I have received a 'clean bill of (mental) health' from with doctor AND therapist and would like to return to the community?

I was hoping I was directed correctly, I need help with a Chaturbate protective suspension and am
hoping to have the account returned to being able to broadcast there.

A few weeks ago I had an unfortunate incident;made a mistake and had the mic open when I was on the line with my therapist and will not make that mistake again.

Chaturbate detailed that the suspension was put in place to give me opportunity to seek help and I have not only been in a doctor's care for some time now, but I did address the incident with my therapist and have been given the 'OK" to continue my work (I have been camming at StripChat to maintain my financial goals, but I wish and am ready to return to the Chaturbate community, a member of which I have been for over eleven years).
