Hoping for Help- Account Suspended for Expired DL

Good morning! I’m hoping to get insight into my account suspension. My username is Dareme917 - my Drivers license expired and I didn’t think to upload my renewal to CB for the age verification portion of the account. After streaming a couple days ago, I got a site admin notice that my DL was expired - so I uploaded my non expired DL and it was approved. I emailed support when I couldn’t tip a performer and also couldn’t process a token payout.

I’m really hoping it’s just temporary but haven’t been able to find any additional info about the suspension, nor a reply from support.
