Need help with a banned account

On September 6th, I tried sending tokens from my account junkdiferous . I got an error telling me to email support, which I did on the 6th. Support responded on the 19th saying they have banned my account. They said it was for "creating a false impression of traffic to any chatroom." I do not know what they are referring to. I have used Chaturbate for 6 years the same way, just spending tokens. I have spent alot of money on my account and have many private shows that I value, so if Support could review this ban I would appreciate it. I am not sure what I may have done wrong, and if they could tell me what I did I can avoid it in the future. I feel that this may be a misunderstanding. Thank you for your help with this.

Hi @punker barbie . Thank you for following up on this. Support responded, but I do not understand the response they gave me. I have not done anything to "creating a false impression of traffic to any chatroom." I am not even sure what that means. I have just been spending tokens in rooms. I have not harassed any models or asked for anything against the rules, and I have been active Chaturbate for6 years, so I am not sure what I could have done recently that would cause this banning. If there was something I did, then please let me know so I know for the future so I can correct it. And if possible, if this ban could be reviewed again. I never meant to violate any policy. I just want to enjoy Chaturbate. Thank you.
