After several months of hard work my favorite model has skyrocketed to the first page and is holding 2-3k viewers and gaining 5k+ subs per stream. Yet I'm still the only member of her fan club. Is that normal? Anyway, I'm just super happy to see her succeeding and feel like bragging for her.

That's great news for the model that you follow, I hope she continues to build her room and be successful!
I've been a fan club member for one particular model for years, she tells me only a couple of others have ever signed up, and I'm the only one to keep renewing......
I would guess that those other users did it to take advantage of the PMs available to FC members, as she doesn't have any content available at all - so it's the only benefit apparent to users.
I keep FC membership because I think she's awesome and that's an easy way to show how much I appreciate her (in addition to lots of tips!), but I have never used FC membership to initiate a PM convo with her.
The absence of any other content is irrelevant to me, but I'm sure that if she did offer some, then she would generate more membership. So in the case of your fave model, having regular updates is likely going to help new signups.

I met her on Stripchat in August and have been a knight for her since September. And she has 2 members in that club. Also her last couple streams were for 6 hours. That helped her numbers.Yes, not everyone is quick to sign up to a fan club and it also depends on pricing.

She'll be the first to admit she needs to add content to her feed. The rise in popularity came before she got the equipment she wants. I'm pretty sure she'll be able to buy soon. The only perk she has is free toy control once a week and it's enough for me because I suggested it.

She's on both sites. Sc is growing as well, but nothing like Cb . Since Christmas every broadcast is bigger than the last one. Her traffic is peaking right above 5k viewers and consistently 2-3k

I'm no model, so the content she wants to produce, and the equipment needed to do so, that's none of my business.
But as a viewer, the type of content that I personally most enjoy has been very simple candid photos and short video clips that the model added on her Instagram, Fansly and OF pages.
All done with an iPhone. Maybe that's just me, but that type of non-professional content has always appealed much more.

^This. I can understand FC discounts, if the model wants to offer one, but for me, anything free attracts the worst kind of viewer and they will always try to bargain further.
A model's time is valuable no matter how active they are.
Example: I go private often with one particular model. I would pay any price that she set for her time. Raising the rate may reduce the amount of time I could spend, or the frequency that I spend it, but I would still pay whatever rate she thinks should apply. No, I'm not wealthy. But I understand the value of somebody's time and attention.

Wow I admire her verve, $50 for no-content FC is ballsy as fuck. (I cuss a lot, it's not an aggressive thing, it's an "I hate searching for words in my brain thing").
That said, that's why you are the only fan club member. I suppose at that rate, as long as it's not for more than a few minutes once a week and maybe in private or whatever, that's cool.
I charge 600 tokens for 5 minutes of toy control. That's $30 to me. PER session of toy control. Do you see where I would feel like that's taking advantage of her?

Yeah I understand where you're coming from. And yes, it's very accommodating to her shows. I would never ask when's she's busy and there have been times I don't bother to try. I wouldn't do anything to take advantage of her, but you have no way to believe me and I'm not about to try and convince you.

Not really 5k+ per stream if it only happens once but given that it was only a 5 hour stream thats still impressive.
