my account suspended need help please !!!

Hi I hope @Stella_SC can read this as well !!

My SC account has suddenly been suspended for a week, and I don’t know what I did wrong.

The email I received stated: "Deliberate or planned scam. The violation was discovered during our ongoing moderation procedures under our Terms of Use section 10. The violation was detected with automated means."

I don’t understand what I’ve done wrong because I didn’t do anything out of the ordinary.

I rely on this account for my livelihood—I use it to pay my rent, bills, and other essentials.

I’m really scared that I won’t be able to access my funds, and losing this income would be devastating for me.

Can anyone help me understand what happened and how I can get my account back!! I believe there must be a mistake.

I would be extremely grateful for any help you can provide.

your account is only suspended for one week, not permanently. Just wait it out and go back to work on the 15th
