My account got put in ‘protective suspension’ over a month ago and I have not gotten any response from the support team

My account got suspended without any warning or knowledge, stating that they believed me to not be mentally well at the time. I’ll attach the email here. They say they’ve put me in protective suspension and that I can come back and join the community when ‘I’m better’ - I have been reaching out to them to explain that I am well, trying to prove that I recognise if I made a mistake and that I have been going through intensive therapy and asking them to please open my account back up. Besides the fact that this is a horrible situation that has taken away my income, I also have money in the account that they obviously won’t let me take out. I have tried and tried and they don’t respond. Please could you help me get through to them as I wasn’t ever banned and they said I’m welcome back.
