My ability to broadcast has been suspended, please help me

Today on the 5'th of march 2025, at about 01:30 hours Eastern European Time, I have gotten this notice from the Chaturbate website while setting up the Obs Studio Software:

Broadcast Suspended
Your ability to broadcast has been suspended. If you believe this is in error, please contact support.

The circumstances while I received this message were as folows: Today was my verry first time trying to stream on Chaturbate, I was planning to do a test stream to see that everything works fine: sound, lights, background music, microphone, etc. I have put a password on my virtual room access so nobody from the chaturbate user base could view it while I was helped by an IT technician in tweaking the image, sound quality and other detailed settings in OBS Studio Software, all while my webcam was streaming and the before mentioned technician has entered the webcam's frame a few times by accident, I guess that is why I got the notice of ability to broadcast being suspended. He is a 40 years old man, if he needs to send you proof by government issued ID that he is indeed over 18 years old, please let us know, we will comply with any requirements. I assure you that this mistake from my part will never happen again, please help me to sort this out and to be able to broadcast again as this is my chosen income source. Thank you for your time.

Yes he will need to be age verified on the account before any suspension is lifted.

Even if you have a password on the room, CB can still see the stream

The Chaturbate Testbed is a better place to try Test Streams: https://www.testbed.cb.dev but yes as darthro mentions someone who isn't verified showed up on your stream so it doesn't really matter if the broadcast was password protected or not.

They might un-suspend your account if you can provide ID for the technician and they can verify that nobody else joined the stream but they don't necessarily have to and the technician may not want their ID to be placed on your file since Chaturbate has to retain these IDs for quite a while by law.

I think the rules are still the same on the testbed it's just a better place to test streams in particular than using a password show. You shouldn't have anyone appearing on your stream that isn't verified. If there is a chance the tech guy will appear on your stream again you will need to ask them to verify.

An alternate option if the tech guy is only helping with software and you have your lighting, microphone etc... setup already is to allow them to control your streams remotely. They can do this using something like Teamviewer, ShineModel also offers a studio option that allows remote control: https://my-ref.link/s/Wzxa5XN/ (affiliate link) and you can stream across multiple sites different sites simultaneously with this.

You always have to leave the broadcasting button offline and not click it when you are in front of the camera with a technician. And if the technician knows what you do, he should know that he should not be seen on camera. My boyfriend is not a technician, but he knows a lot about computers. And he taught me a lot. Whenever I needed help. I always turned off the broadcast. So that I was offline for clients and for the site. You are visible to the site even if you have a password or have ended pvt. Always turn off the broadcast when you need help on the PC from another person. Many models have been burned by this. It has been written here several times, you always have to have everything offline. You can set things on obs even if you have it offline, only then can you invite a technician.
