personally i have asked fellow models for feedback if they have been in my room.
i have a friend i got into mfc and i sometimes would be in her room givin her help like lettin her know if her lighting was needin a tweak (her one lamp always gave too much light) but she would ask for help

i do not go by camscore. if someone was in my room and was a fellow model from here and opted to pop up in a message to tell me my light is kinda bright i would not mind - or if someone mentioned that my mic sounded low so i could fix it. i appreciate tips like that. pms preferred over bein said in the room

i have seen some people with great cam scores and bad lighting crappy cams poor sound... so thats why cam score isnt really somethin i try to focus on.

i just like to know that i can be seen clearly and heard clearly - i hate tips like show more skin or this one person who says she used to be a model on the site would try to tell me how much to charge for a flash. if someone wants to negotiate i allow the tipper to negotiate the flash or tease in pm.

I usually perv on my bf's account so no one will know who I am. When I am in a model's room, I try to talk and keep the conversation going (and, like the guys, I feel special when they talk to me!), but I won't reveal that I am a model in their room. If they accept PM's, I tell them who I am - if they don't, I put it in a tip note. It is up to the model - if they want to say who I am in their room, that's cool, but I am not going to do it!

I like when models are in my room - I don't have PM's blocked, so if you are there, please say hello!!! Any advice is welcome, since I am still kind of a noob!

Kisses,
Autumn

When I first started working on MFC I blocked models from entering my room. After a couple months I realized that I might be missing out on developing some really great friendships, so I unblocked models. This lasted for about a month. I had a model spamming my room with huge emotes during a car show with limited bandwidth. I had asked that everyone limit the use of emotes and she knowingly used huge emotes to try and slow down my connection. I tried banning her, but for some reason it wouldn't take so she would get kicked out only to return a few minutes later to continue spamming. Needless to say, she created a bad name for herself and lost any respect I had for her.

I have also had models come into my room under their Premium account name and say bad things about me or try to direct people to another models room (one they are friends with). Of course, they don't know that I know who they are and they were subsequently banned. I just don't understand why people are so hateful...

I perv on occasion, mostly as a guest if I am not in a chatty mood. If I feel like chatting or tipping I'll log onto my premium account and chat with some of my favorite models. I usually introduce myself by tipping 20 tokens and telling them my model name in the tip note. The, if they want to PM me they can. Most of the time I just keep quiet unless I have something to add to the conversation.

Every once in a blue moon I'll help out new models who may be having trouble with their cam software or need help understanding the options/settings screen. Before I offer advice I ask if they mind if I help. Most don't care and welcome any help they can get. We were all "newbies" at some point and I WISH I had someone to guide me, but I had to learn everything by trial and error.

I have perved on you many times. Even before i decided to become a model. I beleive the first time i introduced myself to you as a model was in a tip note. I hate model talk when I'm perving so I avoid it at all cost. Except in the AmberDawn's room. But we are working up a show together. Anyway you were super sweet to me. It was the "redwig" halloween show. You rock Kitty!

Hello, i prefer PM's. I can receive them from everyone, not only from friends, so i prefer them to write me in personal messages. I would appreciate suggestions or just talking, because sometimes my online friends in MFC are not online and it's bit boring. What i noticed is that on second page really rare i see good tippers or talkers at all. Most of the guys come to beg, if they want something, if they doesn't want something special, they just come and stay silent without even saying hello. So models are always welcomed in my room, also suggestions are greatly appreciated. It looks that i can't find the right way with my successful online staying. :)

I've only had like two models in my room that I know of and I got so nervous! I have no idea why. I prefer they tell me they're a cam model in PM too for the same reasons others have mentioned. Although PurpleStar420 tipped me under her premium account before and I mentioned her name because I was so excited to get tipped by a model, I just had to tell my boys. I also have models blocked just because I don't feel comfortable when they're just sitting there without saying anything, makes me uneasy.

I love when other models come in my room :) I haven't had to block them yet, so models are welcome under their model name or a prem name. I will say, however, all this talk about perving under a prem name makes me want to go get my credit card and make a prem account so that I can tip and talk too!!

I do get a few lurker girls, generally ones with low cam scores (not to say in ANY way that they aren't as good, but perhaps they don't work as many hours/are new/a million other reasons), especially during my public shows. I certainly don't mind it, maybe they're trying to figure out how I do my shows (a reg told me the models were on a spy reconnaissance mission last night ) or are being pervy-like :D I do love it when they tell me who they are and I will certainly add models (unless they seem sketchy) to my PM list so we can chat/stay in touch in the future.

Hi! I dont have the models block so everyone can come into my room ;) it is ok if the model want to say hello in my room and that she know me from here or whatever but to keep talking I like to use the pm so say hello in the room to add her to my friend list....

I like to watch some models with my prem account but I dont talk becaouse I dont know if they like; I think this is a good topic to know with who I can start a friendship :-D I am a very friendly person you girls are all welcome in my room!!! :-D

Alright, how the hell do I buy tokens?! I signed up (used my model gmail account... not sure if this is causing issues), followed all first email prompt to verify my email address and the second that would supposedly allow me to purchase tokens... but whenever I click on "Purchase Tokens" it says that I've reached my limit and to try again in 24 hours. Any ideas?

This happened to me once (of course I'm not a model though - lol) - the dreaded "you've reached your daily limit". I emailed support and they responded in about 24hrs "try now". All set, haven't had it happen since.

Thanks! I'll give that a shot!

I had to email them and let them know that, yes, I am a model, but I would like to be able to purchase tokens to watch AlexLady's group show. Then I had to email them AGAIN to get them to open the option for members to send me tokens, because that was stuck too.

Wait... were you able to buy tokens on your model account? Or do you mean you were able to buy them AND RECEIVE them on a premium account?

If Lady Luna is meaning what I think she does...She (like I did also) used her model email for her premium email as well? And when she was having problems with it she emailed support and said that maybe it was giving her trouble because the email was listed for model and prem? I know that is what happened to me. They let me verify and get to the screen to purchase tokens and something popped up about verifying who I was. So I had to email them I was so and so and the email was used twice.

There appears to be some confusion.

1. I used a different email to sign up for my basic account
2. When I went to upgrade to premium, I was told I had reached my daily limit, and had to email them to get that unlocked.
3. After I emailed them and it didn't get unlocked, I emailed them again from the email that I used to sign up as a model, explaining the entirety of the situation, and they upgraded me to premium for free, and I was able to buy tokens.
4. When AlexLady and I went to do the group show plan, members discovered that they couldn't send me tokens, so I had to email them to get that unlocked as well, explaining that it was needed for a show with AlexLady that would earn lots of money.

Unfortunately, the show with AlexLady never happened :(

But yeah, I had to get buying and receiving tokens unlocked separately under my premium account, despite it being a different email. Maybe because they figured there weren't two people with my real name?

I also was a perv on this site before I became a model and have my own personal favs that I love watching. NO one knew that I was a model in their room since I used my hubbys premi name. Very few girls know that I am who I am. I feel like im intruding in on their room if they know who I am. I would love if models came in my room! The advice as long as tis not rude and telling me what to do I would love some help to improve my skills. I even have models unblocked in my room. I always say hi and make sure they know they are welcomed in to my room as long as they place nice. LOL! I also get kinda nervous when models do come in my room I feel like I need to put on my A-game since i feel like its an honor for some models to come in!! All ladies are welcome as long as you respect me and my room!

When I was a new model I got tons of hate from models (studios) with prem accounts. Than I blocked Romania (sorry, I like many romanian models, may be these premiums are actually studio managers or this is what I prefere to believe) and all of a sudden the hate posts stopped :)
I recently decided to unblock models and let them come in my room with model accounts. My idea was that I can develope some friendships or just exchange experience, as I feel simphaty for many many girls on MFC. Ok, but some model started PM ing members in my room (during a show) and inviting them to visit  I may have to block again :?

Models are very welcome in my room with premium accounts but I've blocked models on model accounts visiting yet again as I had too many silent lurkers who were pming the guys in my room to try and lure them away. Such bad manners!

I also found out the other day that a model I know and like was quizzing one of my best regs via PM as to why he doesn't go to her room whilst she was in my room on her prem account, because he told me (just shortly after she had commented via PM to me something along the lines of 'OMG, ___ loves you doesn't he? I can't believe how much he's tipping'. Now, I don't know what you guys think about this, but I don't think it's particularly cool, and it's not something i would dream of doing to someone else. Now I am wondering whether to have a quiet word in her ear next time I see her or just leave it and hope that it was a one off. I do wish that everyone would just remember their manners...and follow the 'do unto others' rule that i have always held for myself.

Hmmmmmmm. Answers on a postcard please...

Either they don't care or they don't have the common sense to realize themself that it's totally rude and uncool... I'd suggest just blocking or banning them individually. If they care enough to ask why, then you can explain yourself if you so choose. :twocents-02cents:

I used to have models blocked but unblocked them recently. I'd like to talk with other models, hence joining the forums.

I also feel like blocking other models is just being in denial. They're just going to log out and watch as a guest, or log onto a premium account. I'd rather be aware of the presence than hide it from myself. BUT I've never had a bad experience with a model in my room and I could understanding blocking them if you had.

I also really enjoy perving on other girls, but I'm always afraid of what they'll think of my presence. I'm thinking about going premium. I try to only talk if it won't distract them from getting their thing done/talking to a tipper. I never announce I'm model unless I'm asked, and I don't go in their rooms while I'm cam. When I really like a girl I'll tell my regulars to check her out while I'm offline. I tend to do a lot of this during my monthly week off. :p

LadyBakes, it made me smile when you visited me on cam the other day! I love it when my cute model friends come talk to me. Unfortunately, I had to block models a while back, because I was having too many problems with girls PMing the guys in my room.

Madison, I had been watching your Twitter like a hawk waiting for you to get on! haha

That brings up a question! How should a model respond to somebody from another models room PMing them?

I've seen a lot of visiting models state that they're there to enjoy the model on cam too and that all attention should go to her. I suspect that's pretty much the most courteous way to go about it. Now if you want to be a bitch and blow up on some asshat who is trying to work an angle to get something from you while you're visiting another model, please post logs of the conversation on the forums. I suspect it would be a fun read. :D

I have models blocked for one main reason.Because models spam themselves into chat rooms trying to get customers in there's.(I suppose along with other prem members do this as well) I would like to think all models are friendly but after three years of camming I know this not to be true.Though I have made good friends from some models I have "met" and some met in person. Some are friendly to try and steal your thunder! =p

A lot of models like to see what works for another girl and try it themselves BUT every girl has her own style and what works for one might not work for another.Being yourself is most important.

When I go into other models chats, which is rare, I feel announcing myself will take away from them.I would rather them know who I was secretly then letting entire chat room know.I have told the model in public chat before who I was but I would hate to have them think I did so to gain attention for myself as that is not my style.

I do not mind if a model is watching I mean heck my cousin/sister/aunt bla bla bla could be watching, I'm live! haha But I do not do public shows so all anyone will see is me sitting and talking or clothed teasing if I'm even in my chat.

i had same thing happen, models wait til i go to pvt then start talking in public chat to go to there room. I hate blocking models because i love and support what they do and hope to do more g/g shows but blocking them does help because most have a premium account or will watch as guest and cant talk all prem models had to spend $20 so.. unfortunately i wish it wasnt true but this is just the way it is.

Yessss
To me is just looks extremely pathetic.desperate.rude.list goes on to enter a models chat room for your own gain.Focus on your own room/your own business, that is like being Target and standing in Wal-Mart parking lot with Target signs your only going to get odd stares and trash thrown at you.ha.

I also, think it is great so many girls can support themselves and so many guys are generous and willing to par take in this industry. But playing sneaky bitch does not get you anywhere, IMO.
