Mod Messaging

Hello!

There are times during my stream that I want my mod to be able to message users to be able to help with certain issues, but when he tried to it says he doesn't have permission. Is this something that can be fixed through Dorothy's bot or some other setting? Thanks!

Moderators can PM anyone in the room. It's much easier and more direct than using an app, and probably much easier for users to reply to.
