She "created" a "company" called MM Investments Co. Ltd which she claims is a thai registered company. And it has various sub companies such as CamWorxxx which will be her webcam studio, real estate investments and art studio and a marketing company among a few others.

She was valuing the company at $5,000,000,and selling 20% of the company in .5% share incrments of $25,000 a piece. She didn't have a website for the investment company only a tumblr blog. Which she makes this claim "7.5% guaranteed interest / Profit sharing / 5 year buy back and my projected return on investment within 2 years !"


On Oct 11th 2012 she makes the claim that the company will have a projected 30-50% yearly ROI.

On Oct 7th 2012 she admits to porn being illegal to export out of thailand, but since only 30% of her company is not based in Thailand and 95% of the adult part is not in Thailand,she is not breaking the law. Although how can so much be outside of Thailand when Camworxxx is going to have 100 webcam models like she claims.

I did some research and found out that MM investments is neither trademarked nor a registered company. And none of the sub companies are registered or trademarked. Not even MilaMilan is trademarked although she claims that it is.

So far she has gotten $575,000 in investments which I doubt will ever be returned.

If you read my comment in full you'll have seen that I said I think the whole thing is an awful thing to happen but if you deny that you want to see what happened then you're just fooling yourself. I didn't want to express any opinions on backwards Thai law or go into any length about how she was used as an easy target by a lazy police force and I sincerely wish her all the best in this and hope she's released soon but it's not as though I know her well or have any connections to her. I spoke to her once and she seemed like a nice person. I told her that she came across as intimidating to men but after chatting to her my opinion of her changed.
I would still like to see what happened though and someone must have capped the moment (people always do) which surely must have been spectacular with police kicking down the door with guns and such. I expect in time Mila would want to see it again too; it's a traumatic thing to happen sure, but it's still a cool story to tell people when it's all in the past.

OK first off, that was ur very first post on the forum, so probably not the smoothest introduction. Two, yeah, we are all human beings that get curious, if video of the bust was available to watch, I'm sure I'd check it out. Three, have you ever been raided and arrested before??? I doubt that she would ever find the video of her being raided as cool to watch. When I was 13, the task force kicked in the door of my home, raided the whole house, and arrested my mother. Girls who get tattoos, will always be able to find guys who like girls with tattoos. This is what they are saying. They're just not using a lot of tact. And some guys like girls who don't use tact. If you don't like tattoos, and your favorite model decides to get tattoos when she didn't have them before, no matter how much money you spent on her in the past, you have no right to say she can't get them now. Is it any of their business what car you drive? Even if they have to look at it every day at the office, is it really any of their business?

No. I'm not the same guy. I came here to see if there were any new developments in the Mila Milan case, but felt the need to post when I saw some of the stuff being said here. Let me clarify my opinion. I think it's perfectly fine for every model to do whatever she wants to her body and have whatever rules she wants in her model room. I'm fine with that, and I would never do that. If I go to a room and don't like the model's appearance or way she conducts her room, I just move on without saying anything, and I would encourage all other guys to do the same.

I just contacted an investigative journalist about Mila's possible scam. He is one of the big guys for alternative news in SouthEast Asia that some people from another forum mentioned.

You're confusing arrogance with people's rights to live the way they want and not really care about your opinion of their body. Also I'm curious which member are you really? The funny part about you calling me a fool (which is fine - I've been called worse) is that I wasn't the one who posted anything about tattoos or anything else that models do to their bodies. I simply pointed out that models SHOULD care a little bit about the guys paying their salaries.

She "created" a "company" called MM Investments Co. Ltd which she claims is a thai registered company. And it has various sub companies such as CamWorxxx which will be her webcam studio, real estate investments and art studio and a marketing company among a few others.

She was valuing the company at $5,000,000,and selling 20% of the company in .5% share incrments of $25,000 a piece. She didn't have a website for the investment company only a tumblr blog. Which she makes this claim "7.5% guaranteed interest / Profit sharing / 5 year buy back and my projected return on investment within 2 years !"


On Oct 11th 2012 she makes the claim that the company will have a projected 30-50% yearly ROI.

On Oct 10th 2012 she makes the claim that if you invest $500 to buy .01% of the company you will make up to $3,000 in 5 years and see your share value jump to as high as $10,000.

On Oct 7th 2012 she admits to porn being illegal to export out of thailand, but since only 30% of her company is not based in Thailand and 95% of the adult part is not in Thailand,she is not breaking the law. Although how can so much be outside of Thailand when Camworxxx is going to have 100 webcam models like she claims.

I did some research and found out that MM investments is neither trademarked nor a registered company. And none of the sub companies are registered or trademarked. Not even MilaMilan is trademarked although she claims that it is.

So far she has gotten $575,000 in investments which I doubt will ever be returned.

If she's running a ponzi scheme, then I have no qualms about her being arrested on charges relating to that. Or anyone for that matter. But the Thai government is selectively enforcing their laws, bad laws at that. And being that I'm a cam model myself (and mother) I felt the need to speak up about this.
