Yes, I LOLed when I saw the 7.5% and guaranteed next to each other. BTW, if Milan was offering this to US investors she is running a dangerously close to violating all kinds of SEC regulations. Although in the grand scheme of things I'd much rather deal with SEC than the Thai police.

It wasn't too long ago that I was getting a better return than that on a certificate of deposit, but those days are gone... but, for the most part, I agree. Any legitimate investment opportunity (as opposed to a deposit in an insured bank which will be guaranteed up to a limit) will carry a disclaimer of risk stating that you may lose all or part of your investment (and in the case of leveraged investments like stock options, possibly more).

I don't have any insight to the tax laws in countries other than the US, but consulting a CPA in your local area is never a bad idea.

Plus, in the US, if the IRS decides to audit you and you have used a CPA, then the IRS has to go through the CPA to get to you, not just come directly to you.

1. Numbers can be fun.
2. Polls results are easily manipulated and generally meaningless unless a full disclosure of the questions asked (and their biased nature analyzed), the sampling methods chosen and the statistical significance and confidence intervals are fully understood.

You could say you got one at half price and then couldn't afford the other, bargain bin boobies, mix and matched boobies or you 'grew' your boobs in the dark until you get the second mastectomy.

A bit crass, but I'm kind of a turd and even though this is a sensitive subject, I'd most likely use it to screw with people's heads...

My family has a long history of female health issues so unfortunately I've witnessed, and sadly lost, more than my fair share of family members deal with female related cancer and it really sucks, for lack of a better word.
