So I have been on MFC since Aug. 7,2010.But my camscore dropped so low because I didn't cam for almost a year because I have met a guy and what not. I was trying to get it back up but it was starting to piss me off as guys dont really see girls on homepage with low camscores and all. I tried deleting it and starting fresh, another model told me to do that. Well MFC support wants to be dicks and tell me the only thing i can do is deactivate my account and i will still have it, no i cannot make another account and erase the other [old] one i guess. im very sad. does anybody have any pointers?
And please dont be rude like "well just keep that profile and learn how to work the cam better" or " stop camming" i dont want to see those responses.
Thanks!

If you have fans/friends from twitter or tumblr you could try and ask them all to send you offline tips. If you dont have either one of those please open them, great promo tools. Other than that.. just sticking it out.

Sadly, MFC really doesn't want you to delete and start over so they just deactivate your account when asked to delete it and reactivate it if you sign up again. Some models slip through the cracks and are able to start over, but most just get directed back to their old profile.

Some things that you can do:

-Get verified here so you can have access to the models only section that's full of tips and ideas from models with all sorts of varying camscores. Here's the link: viewtopic.php?f=24&t=1696

-Read here. A lot. There's piles on top of piles of useful information in these threads for models that have not yet been verified.

-Get a Twitter and actually use it. Advertise yourself as well as have real conversations with other people. Tweet when you're getting online. Tumblr is great too and can be connected to Twitter for ease of use.

-Push for offline tips. I used to hold an offline-only raffle every month that really helped get my camscore back up from the boonies.

-Use the newsfeed feature when you're getting on cam, while you're already on cam, whenever, to potentially bring people in to see you on cam.

-Work really hard because it's really going to take a ton of hard work.

Good luck and welcome to the forums! :hello2:

I do all of that, hell im addicted to twitter hahaha.

If I were in your shoes, I'd work on another site (like chaturbate.. it soudns like you're already doing)

Work on getting a large fanbase... bring them to twitter... blog etc. Become a web personality/presence that exists independently of the paticular site you work on.

THEN.... move your fanbase to MFC.

Start by doing one special MFC day a week.... and offering incentives to those of your members/fans who sign up on MFC.

Put out promotions that are for offline tips.

Get your fans involved in raising your camscore like its a MISSION...

None of these things are simple, all take effort. If you don't want to put it in, you can also try places like chaturbate and streammate.. :)

I feel like if we are interested in making this a career, rather then just a side gig or something fun on the weekend etc....this is important regardless of your situation.

If I am not mistaken, not camming for a year would not drop your camscore any lower than it was when you left. If you are looking for ways to game the system, which it appears you are from your last comments, I do not think you will find much help here. Good luck.

I would recommend just signing up on a different camsite, as Miss Lolli suggested.

It does drop if the average of all the models went up.

So if the average a year ago used to be 300 tph (tokens per hour) and now it's 380 tph, her camscore would go down because she still has the same tph she had a year ago.

Of course, if she still has a camscore above 1000, then getting a new account won't help because 1000 is where the models start.

I don't see how that would be remotely rude. It's really the only way you can raise your camscore. As far as I can tell there's no quick and easy route to boost camscore, the only way to raise it is to work hard and try to perfect your craft.
