MFC account glitch?

Hi,
I have 2 mfc accounts
1 big one and my girlfriend has a small one.
When we try to login it says this.
.An error has occurred!
We were unable to authenticate your account. Contact us for assistance. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I mailed them but I have no reply.
What do we need to do now?

They've flagged you for using the same IP, most likely. Wait for support to get back to you regarding your original message; if they don't within a few days, send another polite, short e-mail with both your usernames and stating the issue/how you would like it resolved, and they'll most likely respond to you and fix the issue. This is a fairly common issue among households with more than one account (whether they be model, premium, or both), they should be able to let you back in without any trouble.

Thank you but we have the accounts for like 2 weeks and we have been online at the same time a few times so I don't get it. There are also some models who have 2 accounts.

Yeah, and they've ended up flagging you for it. I have both a model account and premium account, and about a week after making my premium got locked out of both, contacted support, explained the situation, and they unlocked them. Like I said, this is pretty common, and support should be able to fix you right up. :thumbleft:

But now I send them a mail with my ID because they asked for it. But I don't get a reaction or is that because it's weekend? :p

Just be patient! MFC support can be a bit slow sometimes, especially on weekends, and it's also possible that they might fix the problem and forget to contact you afterward. Just keep checking to see if you can get into your accounts. :)

CALM DOWN. They will fix the problem and get you back up and running as soon as they can. If they need more info, they'll ask you for it. However, it usually takes roughly 2-3 days to hear back, so don't stress out about it. We don't know anything more than what Gemma has suggested. All you can do now is wait.

We do not have any secret insider info on MFC, nor are we a shortcut to get a response from support faster.

JUST BREATHE.
 
I am patient but I was just curious because they reacted within 5 minuts last time but they havent react for 2 days or something.
