Unable to login because off 2 step verification

Hi all,

Yesterday I wanted to enable 2 step verification on my account. However since I changed phones (from samsung to Iphone) recently, I didn't have the app for authentication anymore. Therefore now I'm stuck with this screen and can't login. I contacted support but haven't got a reply. Also tried to change my password via e-mail but still got this screen where I needed 2 step verification.

@punker barbie hopefully this can be fixed before the weekend. Only had an automated response from support and nothing else.

Hello, it's been almost a week and still didn't had any response from support at all. I still can't login without needing to fill in 2 step verification, but that's the problem since I switched phones and I am not able to do it. My username is jownas007. Kind regards
