I tend to look for someone who has fun and is uninhibited with what they do or at least someone I feel wants to be that way. I dislike models who manipulate members sexuality too much for their own gain.
In practical terms I will tip anyone that appeals to me, but only revisit or continue to tip models who are generous and open with their sexuality. If she likes and is good at teasing, dirty talk, dancing, spanks, squirting, or sliding raffle tickets inside her bra (you know who you are) I will tend to go for that thing on a revisit.
I think models should go for what they are passionate about, be a little brave, explore some of the fantasies they inspire in others, and to be open to being rewarded for that. This doesn't always involve just giving the member what they ask for, but learning what will excite them most when it comes to experiencing you.
Thinking on the OP's question I would suggest that they are the same for me personally, your sexuality is part of your persona on cam and vice versa. I took it as more a question about timing and rhythm within a show, it is probably easier to just go with the flow, readjusting what works and doesn't as you get the opportunity. Eventually you will find the right balance.
You can take it so slow that you barely tease (non-nude), or rip it all off fast and just go for it, I see no distinction between them; to do them well takes the same types of involvement with their members. For example, good non-nude models don't exclude masturbation shows because they cannot do them (many ultimately do at some point), they just know they are better at maintaining sexual tension than releasing it.
