Mega Thread of No Tolerance rules for each site...

This thread is the mega thread conceived of by ACF member @Marceline (she deserves thanks and credit) January 14th 2025.

Remember we will try to keep these updated, but things do change.
It is your responsibility as a performer/ cam model to keep up to date with the rules on each site you use.

That being said here's an attempt at streamlining the process somewhat...

Streamate (SM)

Streamate is primarily a site for live streaming, but you can also sell content there.
It has a very clearly laid out set of no tolerance rules, for broadcasters, which I have attached to this post.

Stripchat is also primarily a live-streaming site. However, you can sell content and set up a fan club there too.

BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY...unless you are a top model making millions for the site, you are small fry and will get your account nuked if you even think about playing against these things because by law CB has to enforce SOME sort of catch all scheme even if they don't actually catch all. Ya dig?

Manyvids (MV)

Manyvids started out as a content/ clips amateur adult content site. Then they added the ability to live stream. More recently they also added the ability to add SFW (safe for work) clip content.
At one point they also had a tube site, but that ended.
I guess overall they are an amateur adult content site (?)

Manyvids does not have a set of laid out "No tolerance" rules.

However, what they do, do is list a very expansive set of rules, and then they state that they reserve the right to close an account for violation of any of them, at their discretion, anytime. So I assume they look at things like that on a case-by-case basis. I have attached screenshots of their ToS.

Clips4sale (C4S)

Clips4sale is an amateur adult fetish content clips site. However, regular vanilla content is sold there also.
Much like Manyvids, they are more vague and do not have a clearly set out list of "No tolerance" rules.

Instead, they say they reserve the right to terminate your account, at their discretion, anytime, for rule-breaking.

I'll start with Zero Tolerance Rules that span essentially every adult site.

ZERO TOLERANCE RULES FOR ALL SITES

1. Absolutely no minors or discussion to minors on stream.
If you have children in the household, get childproof locks on your cam space. Make sure they cannot enter while you are on cam.
Do not mention minors in any capacity. This includes, but is not limited to, talks about yours or any children, ageplay requests, discussing things that happened while you/others were a minor, etc.
If someone does send a message or write in chat about anything related to minors, immediately ban and report them.

2. Do not have unverified people on your stream or in your content.
Anyone appearing on your account MUST be age verified on the site or have release forms (in the case of some clip sites).
Notable exceptions include sites like MyFreeCams, where you can tag other verified models in your stream.

3. Never talk about offsite payment methods or competing sites.
Offsite payment methods include: PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, Google Pay, and other payment apps/services.
Competing sites means, if you are on a cam site, do not mention another cam site. For clip sites, do not mention other clip sites.
One notable exception is with OnlyFans. MyFreeCams allows you to not only mention, but link your OnlyFans account with your MFC account. I believe Chaturbate also allows this, but it would be good for a CB model to verify. This is definitely not allowed on Streamate, Clips4Sale and ManyVids.


There is probably more I am forgetting right now, but the above three are rules that will almost assuredly get you hit with a ban if violated.

And always remember, even if you see other people getting away with breaking the rules, that doesn't mean you should also break them or that you won't get banned for doing the same thing.

MYFREECAMS (MFC)

MyFreeCams is a live streaming site that only allows women to stream on their site. They also have a content selling platform, MFC Share. While most of the same rules apply to MFC Share as they do to MFC, there is one notable difference. Models are allowed to post B/G (boy/girl) content on MFC Share. However, all content with men on MFC Share must be marked as such and this content will not show up on MFC Share's main page and members can opt out of viewing B/G content. However, like it says in the attached photos, men are not allowed to show up on stream in any capacity.

Of course, and the format of this thread so far is simpler so we'll sticky this one. I love the attachment of the TOS screenshots for each site. It's nice having it on the forum vs. an off-site spreadsheet.

about chaturbate: DO NOT EVEN MENTION ANYTHING THAT IS BANNED, VERBALLY OR IN CHAT.
i've had my stream disconnected with a warning from a mod twice. once for mentioning piss, and once for making reference to fisting.
if anybody brings up piss, i give a very strong warning to the entire chat, and more often than not i permaban the user. take no chances.

Iwantclips (IWC)

I want clips is a clipsite, which has traditionally been seen as more of a Femdom heavy clipsite. Most top sellers on this site sell Female domination themed fetish clips. However, there is space for all kinds of fetish clips on this site, and several niche fetishes can sell well there, at times, too. I believe the site also has the ability to do phone services and/or fan club, but it is primarily used and seen as a Femdom amateur adult content site.

Personally I've always really loved the aesthetic, and themes on this site.
The interesting thing about this site, is that content is divided by "nude", "non-nude" or both.
So the first thing the user does here, after age verification, is filter their experience using those 3 categories.
Which is an important consideration for content makers to be aware of.

Anyways, much like the other mainly clips sites, IWC has more a ToS (terms of service) which lays out, generally, the site rules.
I have attached screenshots of Section 9 ( from aforementioned ToS), as it seems to pertain best here.

Loyalfans (LF)

So in my mind, you can't think about IWC (above) without immediately thinking of Loyalfans.
Loyalfans is another newer, mainly Femdom content site. However, niche fetish content, and some vanilla content, also sell well there. Loyalfans came after a similar site that was named AVN Stars, but which closed after a few years. Loyalfans allows content sales, fanclub creation, DM sales/ PPV/ Dirty DMs etc

Loyalfans came along during the post Onlyfans era. In someways it fits as a fanclub, but content creators can also list a full video, and audio recording stores too.
So it's kind of fanclub and clip site hybrid.

Section 11, of Loyalfans ToS, seemed the most pertinent to this thread...

It's not dead don't worry. I've just been struggling financially so had to forget the project for a bit. Thankfully I can commit time to it again now.

I'm looking to make a full site for this info soon and a way for Models, Cam Sites etc... to easily submit information on new rules and info. I've created the basics for it at least now. I'm struggling to find places to share the info though without it getting lost in other posts. If any help is available like a pinned post would be awesome but I can understand if that's not reasonable.

If u want i'm happy to collab and share access to any sheet data, any new sites etc... Displaying all this data in a single thread is impossible and difficult to navigate. That being said the google sheet isn't much easier to navigate at the moment so i'm trying to improve it.

The sheets do contain a vast amount of sources for each site though including TOS statements and far more in-depth info on specific rules, including lots of email conversations i've had over months now with different site reps.

Tbh I'm gonna push back on this. I like having one place I go regularly where it's all right there. Yes, it's impossible to navigate if people keep chatting in the thread, but before that it was super clear.

I have so many things related to work bookmarked specifically on this site (ACF), that don't involve accessing 2nd sites. So ... I quite like it. Plus I don't have to trust someone else's memory, or interpretation of conversations. Screen shots direct from sites right there. It is a shame we have to keep chatting the thread though, like I said. Dilutes the organization and efficiency for skimming. Kinda clogs it up.

I think a larger site where you can search for this info and submit info via a form would be a better but I can understand the conflict of interest if it's only me who owns this site. I've shared access to the sheets for a while now though with different people. I'd be happy to do so with anyone who wants to contribute.
