Hey there people so I was on Twitter today and saw that there is something going on with Many Vids and there is talk about no longer selling content there - can someone fill me in on what is happening?

A 'well known' model there has publicly talked about dating a 16 year old gal who she is grooming to go into the porn/cam business.
woah not ok at all holy cowI heard that a model put up a video of her masturbating in front of minors and MV didn't remove it in a timely manner.
There's more to that story
To anyone on here:
Please don't link a thread that links to the models twitter account!
Anything that links to an account of somebody that puts up content like that could get the attention of law enforcement. Why? If they're not locked accounts, then anything posted on them is kind of publicly available on the entire internet already.

Sorry if I was overreacting.Guy, context matters - no one ends up in jail just because they mentioned/interacted with a person who is later arrested. Now, if those interactions were in the context of assisting the person in committing the crime or hiding it, that's a whole different issue.
In any case, I agree we shouldn't link to her account but for a different reason: the main reason drama is profitable (both in camming and elsewhere) is because it brings free advertising for those involved, so if we want the camming community to become less dramatic we really need to stop feeding those flames.
I wonder if ManyVids will go out of business.False SM-- They have banned MULTIPLE models for much smaller violations of their rules... yes, even on their first offense. However, Lana Rain is their golden goose and they are allowing her so much leeway in the matter that it almost makes them complicit in my opinion.
I've already pulled all my videos down and requested my account be closed. Many others are doing the same. After the Twitter situation where they blocked both models and members, I have no interest in having my name associated with their company, or any of my money put into their pocket.
Where do you think most of ones that leave will move to? Most clipsites are fetish based. Not likely... for every girl who leaves, a newbie who has no clue will join. Many bigger named girls don't feel they can afford to leave either (MV is their main income-- which I understand).
@BiancaBaker I saw you tweet about what happened. Would you mind telling us about it? Totally understand if you don't want to.

She hasn't been arrested yet?I left due to them not removing the said performer who was masturbating in front of children. They are just sweeping it under the table and slapping her on the wrist. As a parent I'm fucking outraged. I am so happy to see the community come together to stand up against a company like this. I really hope that models keep contacting the authorities DIRECTLY & members too and reporting them and the girl in question. I am not a fan of drama and I NEVER get involved with twitter but this is something I will stand up and fight for. I had all my content removed; I finished #9 last month and thought maybe if I spoke out they would listen a little. NOPE.. I have seen all the models leaving and members leaving due to them blocking models (yes I was blocked for my freaking opinion) and not taking this as seriously as they should. I was not mean, I did not harass them, I didn't even swear to them in the DM. I was voicing my concerns as a human being and then was blocked because of it. THE only negative thing I had said in the DM was that after my account as gone I would block them but I was blocked first and couldn't give them more instances of this model breaking site rules.
I REALLY urge everyone to just contact child endangerment places/ police and report MV as a company- this is seriously the only way they are going to get dismantled.
