No not everywhere. This varies state to state if we're talking about the US. Also in many places to make it illegal you'd need a 'offended' party involved (a witness or police officer present). You don't get to be offended after the fact.

Public NUDITY is legal or illegal state to state. There is not a state where masturbating or committing sex acts in public is not a crime. However, it does require being caught in the act.. video isn't enough unless someone who was actually there in person files a report. However-- where she falls into a legal problem is that there were minors in the background of a video that she sold on a porn site-- that is the law that was broken that CAN be acted upon.

As to intention, she has stated on Twitter that she KNEW full well that she was shooting in front of an elementary school playground during the time that school was in session. It was intentional in order to give that vid the extra "shock value" her followers enjoy.

I think for this to happen more people need to report her to authorities. Child endangerment is 1 year in jail minimum. So yes she should have some legal stuff happen.

Screen shot everything, there are pics and tweets everywhere. Send it all in. MV is not going to remove her so now everyone needs to go over there head.

Where are people currently discussing this other than here? I'm checking twitter and it looks like the MV page has calmed down a lot. Are models still talking about it elsewhere? Any idea?

Read the MV status where they released that statement theres a ton of people talking about it. The MO MV ACF thread has more on it as well.

Is MFC Share 100% allowing BG vids now? I've had so many mixed responses to this and don't wana get myself banned before I've hardly got going. After reading all the comments I am definitely not supporting MV.
