Lost acces to Authenticator App

Hi,I ve just changed my phone and unfortunately can’t access my Stripchat acc because lost acces to Authenticator App …
I sent an email to SC support team and no answer.
I m so desperate
It s any chance to reconnect without 2FA ?

This happened to me also. I messaged support and had to go thru a verification process with them and then they removed the 2FA so I was able to log back into my account. They should be able to do similar for you.

Didn't you save the 10 backup codes you were given when you enabled 2FA?

When you get your account back SAVE THE BACKUP CODES. I don't know if SC supports it, but also enable a second 2FA method (SMS message etc).
