Top 3 on the front page. I can see one of many reasons she's there! Very, very educational and helpful to see how it feels to spend hard earned money on girls, especially asking for nothing in return .
The only time I've ever been hounded by PM's is when I would visit different rooms, particularly Eastern European models in studios. One studio in particular was bad in that they would put names of everyone who tipped into all models friends lists. So, I'd log in, and immediately get about 10 different PM's at once. .
Wow. With how many pointless "hey bb" PMs I get I couldnt fathom actually soliciting members with PMs like that. I didnt even know models did that! I usually charge a small amount for PM, because if someone doesnt have 10 tk to spend to message me they likely wont be buying anything anyways.
And I always say thank you to any tip. I appreciate it when people hand me money, damnit!. I can only imagine how it must feel when its ignored/not appreciated
There was one Russian studio that was supposedly closed down by the police around late summer 2017. I think it's been in trouble since then, as most models I know have quit or gone elsewhere. This studio, I know was on MFC, and I'm sure ohter sites as well.
This can happen. From what I heard and read it's mostly not paying taxes that gets studios into trouble and can get them closed down. Models should be fine though. Employees don't get punished when their employeer does not pay taxes.
When I started camming I would go into model's rooms as a guest as well to see how it looks from their side of the camera. I found a stunning model who looked bored and was playing on her phone. I felt bad for her and tipped her a few times and she just looked up at me, glared at the camera and looked back at her phone. I was completely gobsmacked. Keep in mind I had not started camming yet and was broke so that money was hard to let go of. That experience in itself taught me a lot.

To be fair at this point I would be far more likely to tip @CamChik than you after your reply to her. Saying thank you once is not a choir it is something polite people do when some one does something nice for them like holding open a door. Also you can't know if a person is being a cheapskate or if they tipped you the last token they had left just to be nice to you, I hope they haven't done that because it seems like throwing pearls before swine with the attitude you have towards small tippers. I can't really believe the entitlement you must have when you call tippers idiots just because they are small tippers. It is good that you are not rolling your eyes at them, but deliberately ignoring them is still kind of rude if you got nothing in particular going on in your room. Your way of looking at tippers is one of the more cynical I have seen a model admit to having. Anyway good luck on CB, I hope you find the people that has the deep pockets you are looking for.You need to remember that the ignore/sub/bitchface fetish is a thing, though. When there is a really over-the top reaction of disgust, rudeness, or neglect in response to a tip, it is often because the model plays into a particular fetish and that is her cam persona. She might actually be grateful, but she makes more money from a small group of regulars when she acts like she isn't.
When you say though that they need to feel they're receiving a reward for their effort ALWAYS, well, if all you can afford is 1 - count it, ONE token on CB, literally US$.05 - then pay-for-play porn is not where you should be spending your free time. To keep this in perspective, the cost of a single movie ticket is somewhere in the vicinity of 200 tokens. If you can't afford more than 1/200th of a movie ticket, for a public session of entertainment that might be lasting just as long as one, you need to get yourself together. I don't feel sorry for you, I'm working a job, get a damn job like I work so hard for, so you can afford to give more than 1 single token at a time! The reward is that I'm smiling, I'm being sweet and entertaining, and if a member helps me reach a goal they'll get an eyeful too. If you help me afford my bills, you can cull a relationship with me for years to come, because I can afford to stay on cam. If all you do is drop a penny or two and then leave, I'm not going to kiss your ass for the favor. It's literally 1/1000th of the bare minimum of US$50 I need to cash out, so I can't even take it home with me if I wanted. CB keeps that token, unless somebody with a more generous spirit and deeper pockets come along and gives me 999 more tokens before the close of the pay period.
To me, there has to be a limit for how low I'm willing to grovel for spare change. (I'm not one of those models who just sits on her ass and stares at her phone for hours on end, never moving a muscle, though...)
When you're grateful for US$.05, you teach them that that's all it takes to please you.
CamChik, you do mention that they don't have to tip you a fucking dime... well, congrats, they didn't. On CB, 1 token is half that. So all your examples, including the US$1 for flash (20 CB tokens), are significantly higher than the real level of cheapskate you can find on CB. Sure, thank for US$1. But ALWAYS, no matter how small? So if they invent tokens worth 1/10 of a single penny, and everybody flocks to give those, smile and thank those idiots too?
Not trying to be antagonistic, because I generally agree with the gratitude sentiment. But positive reinforcement has a negative side, when you encourage disrespectful behavior. I would never roll my eyes or show outward disrespect back, but I will keep smiling and doing what I'm doing and pretend I didn't see the measly 1 token. At which point they usually get mad and move on. And I don't miss them when they're gone.
If a single-token tipper finally gets around to giving me 10 tokens cumulatively, I do finally get around to thanking them. But in my experience, they almost never manage to start paying in higher numbers. They just like making the ca-ching! sound in the room over and over again, like fucking toddlers. On the other hand, guys who start at 15, or 25 tokens, are very frequently just testing the waters, and if they get a reaction, very often they will drop real bank, or go buy more tokens another day and show you how much of a fan they are. So in my experience so far, there is a big difference between single-token members, and those who drop at least double-digit tokens. If you had real money to spend, you wouldn't waste your own time on the chance she might ignore you for the pennies... you'd start with something that is at least equivalent to a single paper bill, and work your way up from there.

Wow, that was a nice welcome - sorry to have offended you. I was speaking from personal experience, wasn't trying to be offensive in any way. I had been in her room before and she didn't seem to be pulling the fetish thing. She just looked like a bored model having a hard day and I wanted to perk her up a bit. If that's her hustle, well that's fine, but it just made me move on to another model. Lesson learned not to tip her. Saying Thank You is just who I am as a human being
I'm also in my 40's so I don't need to be schooled on economics, but thank you for the lengthy explanation.
I am not saying to "grovel for spare change" which BTW could have been worded better - inflammatory much? I'm just saying a simple "thank you" is courteous and shows appreciation and respect. I've been camming for 4 years so I know how this works BTW. I don't throw them a fucking parade for small tips but I do smile at the cam and say thank you. I ALWAYS acknowledge their tip. AND, I have been able to convert many lower level spenders into spending more by doing so.
And that is correct, they don't have to tip me a fucking dime. But, some of them do, and a lot of them shower me in tokens. My main point was just to be grateful for everything you do get. These men don't have to come into your room or talk to you or tip you. But when they do it's nice to say thank you. When I grew up we didn't just get awards or free shit for just showing up.... we had to make some effort. Saying "thanks", even though it's a small effort is an effort nonetheless.
BTW, I work on a site where my average minimum tip nets me about $0.50. I make $7K-$10K a month so "groveling" or "kissing ass" for spare change seems to be working out for me
I'm not encouraging disrespectful behavior by thanking someone for a tip. Smh.
I hope you find the people that has the deep pockets you are looking for.
In your previous post that I quoted earlier you made it sound like the only tip that was really worth while was one of 1000 tokens which would net you $50 so you could cash out. You say that 25 tokens are enough but later in your post you are being dismissive towards a 100 token tip. Try to look at it from a members point of view buying 100 tokens cost $10.99, that is more than I get for an hours worth of work after the income taxes are paid. I work in customer service, we don't get tipped yet we are expected to be polite towards the customer, so I don't really see why it is such a problem thanking a person once for doing something nice towards you when it takes about two seconds to do so. I don't know how you were raised but when I grew up I learned that ignoring people was considered to be rude.I think you really misunderstood me. I apologize if you thought I was insulting you. What you considered inflammatory language, was not directed at you at all. It was at the type of guys who expect a show for a single token, and then are rude afterwards when one doesn't give more or act like they are suddenly king.
Also, don't take offense to my wordy posts, it's just how I communicate... I've got lots of thoughts! I'm in no place to talk down to anyone. I have an neurological disease that makes editing really difficult. I cam specifically to pay for my medical bills.
I specifically said in a previous post that I DO thank for 5 tokens or higher... that was the limit for groveling for spare change I was talking about. I said me, and I meant me. I will grovel and smile for 25 cents. That is my lower limit. We each set our own.
so LOL to this comment...
I didn't know 25 cents was deep pockets!
I don't think that makes me a domme. Smiling and being sweet, and thanking every 5 token or higher tipper, is not really domme territory, and it has worked for me, @AmberCutie. I think it's good for people to call out where they disagree - that's the point of a forum! And I agree with being grateful, and with the OP of this thread that that model who responded to her 20 tokens or whatever acted insane. I pointed out that some do the rude fetish thing to try to make her feel better, that it might have been a show. But again, I personally would kiss the ass of a MODEL who tipped me ANYTHING, because they're peers. But I don't have time in my session usually to thank every 1 token dude. I'm too busy talking to people who are tipping 5 tokens (or 100... which again, is still only US$5, so not like huge money).
No clue why I'm being shamed for saying I keep smiling when someone tips only 1 token but don't say anything to them. And that I DO thank for 5 tokens. That's not even close to snobby, or special by any means.
But, to each their own. I just think it's good to show there are different perspectives on topics when it comes to models... we're not all the same.
And no, I haven't verified, because I say plenty of stuff that goes against the grain and that is complain-y at times against members, so I have no desire whatsoever to be public about my cam personas. This allows me to tell the TRUTH about how some models feel, especially girlfriend-experience types like myself, whereas people who use their cam persona have to always be mindful of business when they speak. Behind the sweet smiles on cam, it really shouldn't be all that surprising that many models are not thrilled with 5 cent tips. Try giving a nickel to a stripper, a prostitute, a print model, or even a waitress and see if they smile at you and say a genuine-sounding "thank you"! No surprise, in an industry that survives on tips, the very smallest tip possible of 1 token is not going to get you gratitude from every sex worker... I think I'm being very generous for saying thank you to a quarter! No waitress would say the same thing, and she didn't even get her tits out for you...
Honestly no clue why my response about that is controversial in the least. I typed it simply because I was surprised to see so many people apparently claiming the opposite. Starting to say my thank yous at 5 tokens is not aiming high, people! How could I possibly be getting hate for that? I specifically said I would NEVER be rude... just pretend I hadn't seen it. And indeed, small tips like that on CB make a quieter sound, so it's completely reasonable if a model is busy that's she'd miss it!
Since I work for tips, I have a right to find a tip of only 1 token annoying. It's not going to scar anyone for life if I keep going on with my show and smiling at them after they gave me "their last 5 cents on Earth"... although fine if we want to take it to that over-dramatic level, guys. Members are on the site wanking off to porn, remember, not feeding starving kids in Kolkata! If all they've got is 5 cents left to their name, I'd much rather they use it on kids who need rice, where it might go a TINY hair farther, than on my tits...
No clue why we're feeling so sorry for them. When I see a purple member who has more tokens than everybody else in the room including me, and I may have over 1,000 tokens in that moment, and he gives me 1 token and demands a PM bb or to look at his dumb dic pic, and then gets mad and leaves and never gives anything else when I don't, that guy is just an arrogant dickhead. But if my feeling that makes me entitled and rude... wow, I don't even know what to say to that then. Why are you assuming they don't have more than 1 token? I can see for myself how much they have - they were at the highest ranking, then they give 1 token, and they're still at the highest ranking. It's not like they want from blue to gray. It's not like they even gave a compliment with the token - always just a rude demand. Jesus. Let's get out a mini violin for the poor douche with 5,000 tokens though, instead of the girl working her ass off and saying thank you for every 25 cent tip...
I'm not here to offend anyone. I adore other models, and want only to share with and learn from others who are doing this difficult job!
Do you think the pink antenna has a lot to do with the proliferation of one token tips ? More bang for your buck at one token ten times than ten tokens once ? If members get used to it in certain rooms does this behavior carry over into others ?
I worked on CB briefly and those 1 token tips add up really quickly and can make others want to pitch in too.If you at least say thank you, that person might be inclined to tip another token, maybe 5 tokens, maybe even more.
