Hi everyone

Long time reader, first time poster so please be gentle.

Almost a year on from starting a video hosting site for UKgameGIRL we are now chasing for other models to come on board and start using our service on http://www.camfreebay.com

Don't want to dive straight into a big sales pitch, as aware there are a number of options for video/picture gallery hosting, but happy to explain more if people want us too.

The lowdown is that we take 26% of any direct sale, or for where models give people a link, i.e. so you can PM a download link when on cam we charge the model 10 coins (GBP 2.50). We will also do chase downs on nicked videos.

At great expense have retained a new graphics designer :)

So now a new logo, simply don't like lawyers making money.

I think it's more the name they'll have issue with, all they'll hear is the ebay part of the domain name

Well if ebay.com is going to insist on takedowns for every single domain that includes the word ebay then we will just have to wait on the letter I guess. It is not like the intention is to compete with them.

The official pronunciation is cam free bay dot com

Any response, at least you'll have some UK legal history to fall back on, such as the case of Arkell vs Pressdram 1961. In that case, Arkell (plaintiff) sought damages from Pressdram, despite the fact that Pressdram had ample evidence for their cause. Their reply was as follows:

We acknowledge your letter of 29th April referring to Mr J. Arkell. We note that Mr Arkell's attitude to damages will be governed by the nature of our reply and would therefore be grateful if you would inform us what his attitude to damages would be, were he to learn that the nature of our reply is as follows: fuck off.

Possibly my favourite legal case ever.
