Large token packages

I've never bought any higher than the $300 package. I'm back to purchasing the $75 package lately.

To get the limits raised beyond the automatically assigned levels (which only become available gradually as one accumalates points), one must send them a form requesting it, with specific ID. Even then they make decisions case-by-case, and may request proof of financial status, and different (more direct) forms of payment. Bank transfer seems to be their preferred method as, unlike CC, MFC is less liable to be charge backs.

That's almost as bad as applying for a mortgage! :shock:
