Okay first I'll caveat that not every site posts ages of models in the way that Chaturbate does and I can't speak for any other sites because I have only tried three others for approximately fifteen minutes and never bothered to go through all of their bio set up process. That said, I am honest about my age on cam.

It comes in waves and dies down but guys come in and they're like "no way, you're not your age!"

I find this to be insulting. I have lived all of these years and while my exterior may not show it, my brain and personality absolutely do. Is anyone else in this camp or is it just me?

No bites. Okay.

I guess what I'm trying to say is I don't understand why men feel the need to compliment our age groups. Like what's the psychology in that?

Oh yeah, just seeing this.

I find it very clumsy and rude. Same with ; "wow, you look good for your age", I always respond with "well you sound about just as socially inept as I'd expect you to sound for yours". I don't like having to act. And being talked to like that, kind of just screams "This idiot is never going to be a genuine turn-on, he's way too young". I've noticed usually only guys in their early 20s say stuff like this, and, for the most part, I'm not really turned on by super young guys. And early 20s is super young, in my book.

I think the intention behind it is often good, but it's just so fucking clumsy, foot in mouthy...
I just can't.

What is the worst, is that sometimes I will genuinely be turned on, and someone comes into my chat and drops a pussy killer like that, and I'm just like (in my mind) "wow, you literally didn't even need to talk, and I would have been good to go 🤦‍♀️ . You just 100% cock blocked yourself." I try to tell them a little more nicely, which probably doesn't go down well, but they should learn what they are doing wrong IMO.

I notice that Amber just commented on another thread, about leaning into what is genuinely sexy to you. I'd have to say I agree with that 100%. Not every guy notices or cares, but many can tell the difference, and are mutually more excited and likely to return, if they sense a woman's genuine pleasure. Sayiong things like "damn you look good for your age" or any kind of compliment that denigrates other woman, but is supposed to put me up, it's just a straight up pussy killer. And not in a good way.

100% this. It is an insult to other women, and is always said by really young guys with a complete lack of social skills. I also get called a MILF, which is amazing, because I don;t have children, but people presume that I do. I actually don't mind looking my age, but I also think Helen Mirren is sexy as hell and the ultimate woman, so.... :h:

I struggled with MILF, but if it turns them on ... can be simply 'Mature'.

Same here and it used to drive me BONKERS but I'm too tired and .... old.... now to really give a shit anymore so I'll just let it be :D

Wtf. My post from this morning never went through??? That’s annoying when that happens. This was what I had typed (I was sitting inside Dunkin’ this morning when I’d typed this shortly before leaving for work).

Even if a man is trying to be flattering with “You’re fucking lying! There’s no way you’re 42!,” um…excuse me, random man on the internet. Don’t call me a fucking liar. 🙄 It’s rude af.

I have never in my life lied to a man about my age. Even that one time when my parents tried to lie about it to get me free admission at some fair, I blew their cover when I blurted out “No, I’m not! I’m ___!” 😂

I love the fact that I look much younger than my age, and that I’m always shocking people with my age. People I work with thought I was a 20-year old…until they overheard me talking about my son in college. Then they were like “Wait…WHAT?! YOU HAVE A SON IN COLLEGE??? HOW OLD ARE YOU?!” Lol.

First, thanks for answering. I'm so relieved I'm not the only one who gets irritated by this. And echo the "what the fuck do you think someone my age looks like?"

I really struggle with the MILF thing, not because it's a delineation of age but because of the expectations that come with it, I guess. It's hard to articulate exactly how it makes me feel but the best way to describe it is I feel I should suddenly exhibit this desperation for sex because "I'm a mom and my husband is banging the babysitter and we haven't had sex in years" scenario that plays out in contract studio porn.

I'm not a mom. I'm not desperate. My husband does bang me regularly and I'm not an actress, as @MarieElise said. I do not have a cam persona, lord knows most days I wish I did but I don't have the ability to disassociate myself from what I'm doing on cam due to hypervigilant tendencies because of past trauma.

I know it's expecting way too much for anyone to actually think about that as they are throwing tokens, but I would like to come up with some sort of defense mechanism for it because it sticks in my craw and stays there for days and days. I welcome any suggestions.

Marketing as a MILF (I have no kids lol) has been such a game changer for me. I give no fucks, I just want money lol.

I agree it’s stupid tho. Also it’s banned in your OF bio lol

I don’t really have helpful suggestions because I kinda lean the other way into being more separate, having a persona, and primarily video …and for me that creates like the disconnect I need

Going back to the OP, genuine compliments I do enjoy they are welcome, it's when they are automatically rolled out or 'no you aren't whatever age you only look 25' that I feel a little patronised or made fun of. I look the way I look for my current age.

I have been hearing this or versions probably my whole life. I have always looked younger than im actually am, so i put my real age. I get the "no way you are your age!!" Like all the time. Its annoying, but i tease back.

"Why would i lie and make myself older? Normally it's the other way around."

If they say i look good for my age, i ask them to explain what that means. Teasing helps me play it off better. Otherwise, I'd probably have a bitchy attitude. I'd rather have them pay for that kinda interaction.

Yep, it's the bitchy part that I don't want in all of this. Since it's live, it's always out of the blue and catches me off guard. 😂 I started turning to look at the tv for a beat to hide the scowl on my face.
