Issue with ID ban in SC!!

Hi..
I had an SC ID under a Studio since March'24, Where I started performing from May'24. Upon some disagreement with the Studio, I tried to open my Individual account on SC on December'24. Upon submission my documents, first it got approved. Then on next day upon login its showing account banned, mentioning an Account name, which I was never used/heard of. I tried reuploading Docs again, & Also created support ticket twice, But Issue not resolved.
Please guide me what's the best way to resolve that issue..

I can see that you have already been in contact with our Support team to appeal your case. Unfortunately your appeal was unsuccessful, and Support's decision is final.

Waiting for your kind Consideration on this matter.
I had an SC ID (Varsha_Boudi) under a Studio since March'24, Where I started performing from May'24. Upon some disagreement with the Studio, They changed the authentication of that account (on around 10th of December, I think my last successful login was on 8th). Then I tried to open my Individual account (Iamyourslove) on SC on 11th December'24. Upon submission my documents, first it got approved. Then on next day upon login its showing account banned, mentioning an Account name (MMPP2), which I was never used/heard of. I tried reuploading Docs again, & Also created support ticket twice (1742799 & 1762129), But Issue not resolved.
Please guide me what's the best way to resolve that issue..

Yes, you were permanently banned from the account MMPP2, which was originally called lamyourslove and then changed to MMPP2 on 22 Nov 2024.
This means that you are permanently banned from our platform and will not be able to submit your documents to any account now or in the future.
We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.

Thats the confusion at your end I think..
I created this account on 11th Dec,2024. & if there is another account in your system with same name, I couldn't have possibly create another account with same id (i.e. Iamyourslove) on 11th (later than 22nd Nov)

Is it possible that you got too drunk or high, or were too tired and changed your name and forgot?
Or did anyone else have access to your account and change your name to the new one?

I see "Iamyourslove" no longer exists but the MMPP2 name does exist and is suspended as mentioned above. So something has clearly happened and your name has been changed like Stella has said.

Yes, correct.

The account lamyourslove changed its name to MMPP2. @Rum_B either you, or someone with access to your registered email, are the only people who could have initiated this change.

As said in before..
in my Previous Studio ID (With My Documents), My last login was around 8th December. From 10th December I couldn't login on that account.
on 11th I opened the the new ID with ***@protonmail with "Iamyourslove".

The other "Iamyourslove" id or MMPP2 isn't opened/approved by me on 27th Nov. May be the studio, who had access/control to the previous mail, did something without my knowledge.

Please reconsider the issue & let me perform with my Individual ID.

I will see if I can look into this a bit further, but the name of your account under the studio isn't showing up. Can you please ensure that Varsha_Boudi is spelled correctly?

Sorry.. It was Spelled wrong, my mistake.
Correct one is Barsha_Boudi..
