I'm trying to find a way to get in contact with stripchat support or a stripchat representative about some sponsorships that they were previously apart of. I intend to reach out to their support team via email, but unfortunately, I am unable to locate the appropriate topic related to my inquiry.

I am unsure what you mean by "appropriate topic related to my enquiry"?

If you are emailing, just email.
(I know the canned help system on the site can be a bit convoluted to navigate)
