Immediately ! is CB supporter or manager here ?

hi everybody, i really need help. i'm a manager of a studio account on CB with 7 models. Now i'm being exhauted and worry extremtly: my account be banned with no reason. my studio have worked for CB 4 term. At now, the money of term 4 (1-15 august) is aproximetly 103000 tokens ~ 5147usd via payoneer i still havent recceived and the money of term 5 (16-30 august) is aproximetly 34000 tokens ~ 1700usd has been unkown because my studio account be terminated with no reason. i have sent email to support to ask but just take short reply:

As you may have noticed, your account with the Chaturbate live cam community has been terminated. This termination is due to suspected violation of our terms of service.

anyone help me, how can i contact to the person who has responsibility on chaturbate. the support team always reply auto-answer to me: "your account has been terminated". i sent mail to Shirley@chaturbate.com but havent recceived reply-mail ... Has she using this mail ?

I'm pretty sure that Shirley doesn't work 24/7.

Theres no CB support staff here except Shirley will occasionally pop on. @punker barbie Is her name here. But yes you have her email right and all you can do is keep trying her or support to get some answers.

tks alot StrayO and Teagan. consider if Shirley doesnt have time to reply my mail or she just send auto reply like CB support team. i cant find any help and feel extremtly disapointed with my problem on Chaturbate.

You probably live in an area that MFC does not allow studios or models broadcasting from.
