I am so irritated. I'm on fiber internet. Frame rate set at 48 FPS, bitrate set at 8000. And my stream suddenly pixelates.

Until today, I was doing 60 FPS at 12000 bitrate.

Maybe you were dropping packets.

It happens to us from time to time, noise on the line, etc.

Is it intermittent? Is it fixed now?

What encoder are you using in obs? The c920 can't do higher than 30fps so obs is just sending duplicate frames which is wasting some of your bitrate.
