Nowadays, plastic surgeons can perform natural breast enhancement with fat from your own body, which is about the only way I will ever fully endorse enhancement for a woman that is not disfigured for some reason.

That surgery can only be done with your own booby fat, not your body fat. They just move it.

They used to have to put you completely under for lipo, but this new technique can be done while you watch 'em suck out yer fat during a outpatient visit. I wouldn't consider it a tranquil experience, but it's far less painful from the old technique Amber is referring to.

Confirmed. And in fact, many surgeons here in Phoenix are switching to this method. You do not use fat from your breasts. You remove it from places like thighs, flanks, etc. Women are switching to this because it DOES include your own fat cells rather than artificial materials, and also gives them mini-liposuction as well. They remove quite a bit, but after filtration they only are able to keep a small percentage of what they remove to actually implant in areas like the breast and buttocks. Because this method is a NATURAL method of implants, Its not meant for women trying to go significantly larger in cup size. For instance, when removing your own fat, a woman with an A cup trying to get a D could be unsafe.

Either way, you get smaller on bottom, bigger on top :thumbleft:

From what I heard with the "natural breast augmentation" along with the brazilian butt job which does the same thing but injects fat into your butt from other places, they have not perfected the procedure, they say only around 50% of the fat that they inject actually "sticks" there. most of it is reabsorbed into the body.

Nope. His opinion stopped when he finished saying he didn't like implants. Nothing wrong with that. Once he said that implants implied self esteem issues, it wasn't an opinion anymore, it was his assumptions based on failed logic.
