I guess it is more a studio term, so if you have never heard it, you are probably not from that camming background. Makes me wonder what other camming jargon exists out there (old or new).

Telling someone new to never try anything they think they may be bad at is just awful advice setting them up for failure. That's not to say I'm suggesting you break your hard limits, just don't limit yourself to something so confining and depressing. You don't know what you're good at or will enjoy unless you try it.

I agree. If I gave up before trying or failed then wtf am I doing in the sex industry?!! I mean we have all made video's where we cringe at them.. It happens when you first start. Your going to have to edit your clips, it's apart of making them but it does get easier.

Also just watch video's, Buy stuff from girls (don't copy exactly but if your curious about a category it's a good way to learn) if you have model access theres a thread on clip categories and how to do them.

'Barrel view' is not the term... simply 'the barrel' (looking down the barrel it refers to). I heard it from models, Czech and Slovak studio models to be specific.
I thought it was a pretty common term (perhaps not used with members too often) until this thread, I am surprised that no one here had even heard of it.
One ACF model who may be able to confirm the term is @SavannahMay, she is from that part of the world and that background.

The wiki is a great idea, cam models should begin to develop a sense of history and displaying the development of it over the years.
