all joking aside, I find these posts kind of worrying sometimes, how difficult would it be for a boyfriend/friend from real life to come here with a few pictures of the girl in question and find out a bunch of stuff about her camming career? It's the same with when people are trying to find girls they see on tube sites, they could be a member totally intending on tipping said girl, but for the small chance they might be someone who recognises the girl from real life and is on a search for her camname I feel very wary about giving them any information, as what if this girl doesn't want to be found by this guy? And what if this guy has not good intentions and us happily giving out that information will allow him to mess with her life?
As unlikely as it sounds, I still feel uncomfortable with it.

I gotta agree with you. Those photos don't look like she put them on a camsite or a porn site, they look more like they're lifted from Facebook. Somebody vaguely knowing she cammed, but not knowing the site, her screen name, or having a video of her... that sounds much more like he knows her IRL. Maybe he's just being a little creepy wanting to wank over her, or maybe he wants to do a little blackmail. (I hate sounding so alarmist, but these threads creep me out a bit).

It is common for these types of posts to be the first post for people.
I would agree that this is a pretty dangerous game. I really dislike these threads though in general LOVE getting to help people out. It might be wise (as everyone has already very cleverly done) to only respond to threads like this with real answers and model names when the post has images that are clearly screenshots from a camsite? Though to be honest, I'd be pretty on board with never answering them at all (unless for joking purposes).

I find these kind of threads a bit disturbing too. Especially when it seems like the person's on here just for that reason. And yes, at first glance I immediately thought these looked like the type of pics that would be on one's FB page.

If she was active late 2011/early 2012 and you can't find her, she's probably stopped camming. Especially since the average camgirl doesn't cam for more than six months*. What I want to know is why you are trying to find her. You ask for our help without even explaining your reasons which doesn't make us inclined to just help you, especially since we have no idea who you even are. This is a very tight-knit community even if it is a rather large one.
Also, it would be nice to think you'd just like to tip her because you saw her once and she's awesome, but without you telling us, we have no idea. Maybe you are trying to find her because you want to see if you can try to hook up with her. All I know is that if I stopped camming, I'd be really annoyed if random people tried finding me.
But what it really sounds like on surface level is that you could be a friend/family member/co-worker/ex or current boyfriend who found out she cams and is trying to get blackmail on her. Without telling us your reasons, why should we assume your intentions are pure?

O.k. o.k. I will come clean! it was me way before I decide that I really wanted to be guy. And right before I started taking the hormone injections. I didn't think he would ever track me down.
