Id information got Approved then Rejected

Good Morning
I created a new independent account a week ago and i submited my information and it approved. The next day i woke up and my information got rejected, and resubmitted all my info again, it got approved. Today the same thing happened, i woke up and my information was rejected even though it was already approved. Please @Charlie_SC @xChloe why is this happening and how to stop it. I have submitted a ticket with my username milklady1

This could happen for various reasons (such as if you previously opened a new account: when you create new acc, we reject documents on the old account).
