I wasn't answering a question. Your questions take so long to decipher that answering one for free was more than enough kindness from me for one day. CB enforces which rules they want. It's their business. No one can tell when or why they enforce what they choose. They're pretty good at finding rule-breakers and handing out warnings, to judge by the amount of complaints on these boards. If they have a problem with a model's actions, they'll do something about it.

If Chaturbate acknowledges that she broke the law on camera, they have to ban her or liability falls on their shoulders (as well as hers) when she does it again while using their platform. They must not want to ban her yet. You can't give warnings for illegal activity without getting your hands dirty and putting your own wallet in danger.

In many ACF threads, people talk about CB enforcing rules inconsistently, and support being less than helpful. I don't think anybody in this thread is standing up for CB support.

This CB customer, who pays girls to use drugs in a dangerous manner and who also likes rape fantasies, sounds like a grade-A creep, but stop trying to get this girl into trouble. Even if you've spoken with her privately to tell her not to do drugs on cam again, it's really something you need to walk away from. It almost sounds like blackmail to me--- if you say to a person, "don't do this again or I'll try to get you in more trouble with your boss". I understand you MIGHT want her to get help, but do you think CB is going to give her a paid break and a stay at some rehab? Ok, it would be nice if they cared about her health and asked her politely to stop doing drugs on cam for HER sake, but they won't. They're going to ignore or ban her.

Don't expect CB to enforce rules consistently. Stick to other sites that are more organized and consistent if rule-breaking offends you.

I think that not swearing at people and calling them fools is more about being well mannered something you have proved again and again that you are not. I hope you tip well because your company leaves much to be desired. Perhaps the model started using drugs just to make it through the day with you in the room?

At this point, you're just refusing to take the information given to you by the very models that have worked years on this site, and unless it's something you want to hear, you ignore it and say that it's wrong.

Here's your answer: Chaturbate. Doesn't. Care. As long as a model is making them a lot of money, they don't care. Unless they get slammed with reports about that model, then they typically ban and won't communicate about it. Chaturbate are ban-happy, but also lax with the rules. With the influx of new models, they seem to not have added more support personnel so there is only a handful dealing with these reports.

I like your answer. It doesn't make me happy but fits my experience. I suppose the thing that bugs me about CB is the inconsistency. If they really don't care why do they ban some models and not others?
