I have been a cam model on MFC for almost 7 years. I never really had a problem making tips until this year. I don't know what to do anymore. Last pay period I only made $32! That is the lowest I have ever made. I am disabled and living off of $735 a month is damn near impossible, so the money I make from camming helps pay some bills and feed my animals along with getting the essentials for the month. I am screwed without MFC. Please any help or ideas is greatly appreciated!!

Switch platforms or start more social media.
Also try to improve your surroundings or upgrade your camera. Make a survey and ask you people to fill it in so you can get info back from your costumers. If you're always doing the same it bores people.

Have you considered trying other sites? Get more eggs in your basket.

Try more websites, look up different games, bake on cam + have an "icing show" while they're in the oven (highest tipper gets a baked treat mailed to them?), paint on cam, cover your body in some random substance (idk, people like it for some reason), google for a ton more ideas. Do you do lots of private shows? Maybe switch to gearing up for more public. Don't do private? Maybe start doing that instead. Maybe you just need to take a break. Maybe you've started doing something differently and need to step back to evaluate. Are you interacting with your room? Do you look bored because you've done so much of this? Are you still putting in as much effort in social media? Maybe you need to start following new people/make new social media connections, if old ones that used to work have fizzled out.

I have no idea how you have done your camming, what has/hasn't worked for you, or what's changed or not, so I'm just shooting in the dark here, but maybe this will help get the ball rolling for ideas at least. I'm sure you've probably heard all of this before, but yeah, this is just what I've got off the top of my head. Best of luck.

First up, im really sorry you're having a rough time right now :( If you've been around 7 years you may very well already know all the shit im about to say to you so ... if anything is obvious please excuse me. Some of my advice might not work for you if you're trying to keep a low public profile etc.. or you just may not be comfy with it so disregard anything that just doesn't sound like it'll work for you.

So your MFC camscore is pretty low right now, which means its going to be really hard to get traffic. Your twitter is relatively small (not that many posts, followers or pics posted) but your MV has a decent amount of videos. I'd get those videos also listed on my MFC profile and make sure i was also placing a list of things i sell (tip menu etc) on my whiteboard when i cam as mobile users may find that easier to navigate. I'd trouble shoot my cam feed, especially my sound because if it's funky it might be causing issues. If you need help doing this tweet me when you're online if i'm around i'm happy to come check it for you (or maybe post here and see if folks can come check it)

Next, I'd take all those videos i have already made and get them on every other clipsite with decent traffic for the kind of clips i'm selling. My recommendation would be to start with Clips 4 sale. If you do start there do a lil research first cos c4s can be a learning curve but it can be worth it. The videos you have are already made, so getting them placed as widely as possible will bring in as MUCH extra income as possible. I'd also maybe offer snapchat or something similar.

I'd set up a niteflirt line (if you're comfy talking on the phone) and leave that on while I was doing other things, so I could take calls. They can pay out every day, which is really helpful.

I'd switch sites, try SM, CB (where you already have a set up) and just generally try a few different things.

While i was doing that, I'd work on my social media presence. I'd try to boost up my twitter, your pinned tweet is from July 13. I'd post some pics, vid screenshots etc. If you need help with RTs feel free to DM me i'm happy to retweet stuff for you. Stuff that really worked for me was offering up like "If this gets 10 retweets I'll post a nude" etc. You can use MV to post retweets too - you just go into the video and click edit - retweet and it will tweet the video screen cap and a direct link to buy it.

I just realized where i've seen you from! I twas a day when i was checking out cammunity and i saw you on there. I'd maybe do a few streams on there too.. I know it's super quiet over there right now but it put you RIGHT at the top of the page and I noticed you immediately vs right now on MFC you'll be on the 3-4th page with the camscore thing.

I know you said you've never had much of a problem with tips before and it may well be you're just caught in a bit of a 'camscore spiral' where when you have a bad run.. maybe a bad month or two, MFC punishes you by lowering your camscore and killing your traffic.. making it harder to dig out of it. I'd take a really hard look at what you were doing before, has anything changed (even just your attitude, burn out is real and financial stress makes camming cheerfully really hard). Even just rearranging my camroom can sometimes break me out of a funk.

If you've made it for 7 years in this industry I have every confidence you'll be able to figure a way to get things moving again. 7 years in camming requires resilience so you must already have that :h: hang in there.

I've been a camgirl for almost 3 years I always make sure I cam on weekends (the earlier the better) I've never tried camming from anything else than streamate ( you should maybe try SM a chance I love it). I dress pretty casual on cam but tend to spice it up and go all out one or two days of the week :) I also rearrange my room when I'm feeling stuck or need change
