It's great too because the song she's about t sing is "Take Me or Leave Me" from Rent, by the character Maureen. Basically the song is between to lovers, with Maureen saying "I'ma keep being a sexy slut because that's who I am, you should be happy that you're the one I truly love" and her partner being upset by that. At the end when she says, "These divas need their stage!" it's a direct reference to that song!
